Kool point is the best HVAC contractor in Long Island, went others did not see it, Edwin the owner saw it trough. They install my 2 high efficiency ac units, for the attic and basement. I am so happy that we crossed path. The company take care of all my ac maintenance and upgrades if there are any. Finally they just added 2 air scrubber to my units yesterday. Excellent job. Keep doing the same quality and precise job always.

There were two specialists that came to my house to diagnose my problem and, thankfully for me, therr was a very cheap solution. Their diagnose of my issue was fast and easy and the remedy provided was done in an efficient manner. I would definitely recommend this company. The price was also very reasonable.

Like many times before, I had an unexpected a/c failure at the height of a heat wave. However, unlike my past experiences with a/c diagnostics and repairs, KoolPoint was ultra professional and responsive (even though it was a Sunday). The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and also very professional. I have now signed up for their service contract because I trust them and want to continue working with them. Highly recommend!

I called on Friday as a new customer. They came on Saturday and repaired my ac problem. After running the ac for several hours the problem was less but still there.
I texted them at 8pm on Saturday and the owner quickly responded that he would return at 9:00 am the next day (Sunday). He came, diagnosed the problem, went to Home Depot for parts and made the repair. Cost nothing because I signed up for the service contract. I will be calling these guys whenever I have a heating or cooling issue.

Edwin and KoolPoint are the best! I've had 2 complete heat pump setups installed in the past 2 years in 2 different locations. Both times Edwin and his men were right on time, very professional and reliable. I haven't had any problems, and neither have any of my neighbors who I've referred.

Save us from this recent heat wave. My wife was injured and needed to wear a neck brace unbearable in the heat. They came within an hour and Installed a whole new unit and air handler the next day great service easy to talk to and they cleaned up cleaner than it was when they started the job Fairly priced can’t say thank you enough I would highly recommend them -Walter Searing

KoolPoint did a great job installing a Humidex dehumidifier in my crawl space. Their staff were professional and took time to protect the flooring in the house. Edwin was extremely responsive to my inquiries and assisted in contacting the manufacturer’s technical support group.

Very professional, friendly, polite and respectful. Had a very dirty/moldy/greasy mini split unit that needed a deep cleaning. Tony came and inspected, prepped the area and got set up. About an hour of work but well worth it! Don’t forget, we breathe this air every day and it should be clean!!!

Ed and his guys did an excellent job installing our new air conditioners. Ed is an honest guy and I’m glad I found him through a friend. He shows up when he’s supposed to, he kept me updated through text and he took the time to explain any questions. On the day of the installation he had 6 or 7 of his guys working.
