RB tree services has done work for me twice now by removing large roots & stumps from the side and rear of my property. I will be using them again in the near future!

We reached out to RB Tree Service and they came out to access our property on the same day to provide a quote for their services. Throughout the entire process they rapidly responded to all inquiries we had and trust me there were a lot from my side as this was the first time any tree services were completed on our property. On the day of the service the crew arrived on time and ready to roll! We live out in Queens and had concerns about parking for their equipment and they allayed all of our worries because they blocked off the side street with cones and a truck that had emergency lights on top. Their equipment was industrial sized to handle the huge job at hand. They removed 5 trees that were close to 4 stories tall that towered over our family home. The operation was so impressive that neighbors all came out to see how they would approach this overwhelming task. Needless to say everything went without a hitch! The trees were skillfully cut and the logs were removed which were equivalent to approx 2 tons. They also ground down the tree stumps and at one point they could not get the equipment to fit through our fencing. I was waiting to be told that there was nothing that could be done but … no… the team moved the chainlink fence to make space for their machinery! They put it back into it’s original position after they finished! There was nothing they couldn’t do to ensure that we received the services that we paid for! They also included a clean up service and removed the bramble and trash on the third of an acre that we had behind the house. Their team blew out the side walks and street after all work had been completed!
Our family home no longer looks like a haunted house and now is the pride of the street! A HUGE thank you to Ricardo and his hard working team! We have told everyone we know how great their work was and we will continue to advertise by word of mouth! They are very very deserving of all the positive reviews that are posted on their site!

They left a notice in my mailbox that their larger crew will be in the area. I've tried over 5 times at various times over the past 2 weeks to get in contact with them and no luck on top of a voicemail box being full. The reason for the 1 star is lack of communication and reliability. I cannot speak on the quality of their work to be fair and honest.

These guys did excellent work, i called them on a Sunday and by Monday at noon work was done. Overhanging tree trimmed and some bushes removed. Roots and all. Good work, fast response and good prices. Definitely recommend

Ricardo is so nice. He came to my house gave me a reasonable estimate and next day they came and took down the trees. They are so professional and they cleaned up everything when they were finished. I highly recommend this Tree company.

Riccardo and his team are extremely professional. We went with them after getting 3-4 different quotes. We had about 14 trees cut around the property, and they came with a big crew and heavy duty equipment, and removed all trees with their roots beautifully. They even took extra time to clean up and leave my backyard in the same condition as when they started. I am very happy with their service and they had very fair pricing as well.

I wish there were six stars on this rating system. Ricardo and his crew were amazing. Showed up when they said they would. The crew was a hard working bunch to say the least,
always courteous and friendly. They were great in removal and clean up of all debris . They removed multiple trees , trimmed a few more. Did it all safely and took care not to damage anything in the surrounding areas.
The job was in tight Brooklyn backyards . With very large, 60 foot tall plus trees , overhanging multiple properties.
I didn't get any other estimates. So for me what sold the job was the estimate I got fit in our budget and how good communication, professionalism was on Ricardos part and ultimately the ability to get the job done .
