Setup an appt for a quote and never showed. When i called to follow up the person just hung up on me. Highly unprofessional.

I had two big trees removed from my front yard, as I was worried they could become a hazard during the next storm. Great price, came to my house right away.....Top Notch service, and very affordable .. they were done the same afternoon....I would highly recommend them....5 stars

I’m so glad I decided to go with Greencare to cut 2 trees in my house . Not only they had the best rate, but I was extremely happy with their service and promptness. I’d definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.

Amazing customer service and great work. Had them cut down 11 trees 4 bushes and trim some trees. They did all of this and cleaned up in 4 hours. Would highly recommend them in the future.

I can't even give them 1 star. Can they get minus 1 star? They quoted me $1650 to remove 2 trees (estimator saw the job before quoting)and when the crew showed up they decided they wanted $3000 instead. What BS and poor business skills. These guys have been around, but clearly are very unprofessional. Watch out you don't get hustled. I told them to take a walk.

The name Greencare is appropriate because all they CARE about is getting your GREEN money with the least effort possible. They rushed the job, and even though Enrique boasted above and beyond service, it was subpar at best. When I called for them to come back and trim further to finish the job, they never did. They have no idea how to shape or prune shrubs correctly and are amateurish and rude. There are others out there to choose from far better than these guys. Save yourself some money and aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

They came to cut the trees a lot earlier than the scheduled time, so I was unable to supervise. I wanted to make sure one of the trees wasn't cut too short since my husband wanted to make something sentimental for the kids in our new house. It was indicated on the contact to cut it upto 3 feet. Also we wanted to take all the trees down in the back instead of cutting all the way to the fence and leaving bare minimum. The crew cut the tree that we wanted upto 3 feet to about 6 inches and of course I didn't get to ask them about cutting all the trees down in the back since I missed them. I called the manager, Ricardo on behalf of my husband. All he said was that it was a mistake and never even sounded apologetic. We ended up getting into an argument. When asked why the crew came so early and not the scheduled time, he responded " this is not a doctor's appointment where we come at the time given." He didn't have a response when I asked why no one called if there was change in time. He also said that we CAN'T change our minds and that it's not how their business works. He also wanted to talk to my husband who was boarding an airplane at the time. The manager did not want to talk to me even though I told him I was the wife. He was so disrespectful that I told him I'll have my husband call when he lands and hung up. The manager did not stop talking over me so it was pointless to talk any further. He called me back and raised his voice why I hung up on him even though he clearly stated he wanted to speak to my husband and not me. He kept rambling on and on. I told him my husband will call and warned him that I will be hanging up. He kept calling me back and now it's borderline harassment.
So if you want someone who is disrespectful, especially to women, who makes mistakes and doesn't seem apologetic and who doesn't mind keeping the appointment time, and get harassing phone calls, call them.

Follow-up, he called three more times and showed up to our property by himself. My husband spoke to him on the phone and Ricardo said he wanted to only talk to a "man." My husband informed him we will be calling the cops if he called us again or enter our property without consent.

T&M Greencare recently took out 4 large clusters of hedge stumps along the back fence of my house. They were quick and profession and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. We went though a number of companies that did not want to even bother coming for a "small job" like ours, but we ended up with the right people. They were in and out in no time and did not damage anything at all in this tricky space. Totally happy with the work! Thanks T&M!

Ricardo and his team were very professional and neat. They did a great job removing a tree and pruning 2 others on our property in Franklin Square, NY. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any kind of work done to their trees.

Needed 2 trees to be taken down. Marlon came by, gave us an estimate and set up an appointment for a day 2 weeks later. The time of the appointment was 11:30am. The day prior to the appointment we have texted and called a few times to confirm with no response from Marvin. Late morning of the appointment day we finally get a text from Marvin which simply said: "3pm". At 2pm we receive a text that read: "Stuck on an emergency tree removal . Can come Saturday this week."

1. We took a day off to have this done, waited all day without being able to leave the house. Waste of time.

2. There is no emergency tree removal for a tree removal company. The emergency is for the owner of said tree. You guys just didn't want to miss the job which I am sure paid you extra because it was an emergency for the person. But it is not good a good business tactic in my opinion to cancel last minute on a customer just to get a few extra bucks from another. You lost us as customers and all of our possible recommendations. As small as it may seem it all adds up.

The crew just left my house and let me tell you....they are the BEST in the game!! They were professional, quick and reasonable. They scheduled the tree removal within a week of the estimate. Definitely going to recommend the team to my friends and family

Can you give more than 5 stars? Prompt, professional, courteous and neat. Removed large tree, ground stump flat and cleaned up, Trimmed neighbor's tree overhanging my roof with no damage.
Very satisfied with the work, which was also reasonably priced.

Greencare was the lowest price quoted to us. They were very organized and professional. They had several teams all come in sequence at the right time. It was a well coordinated handoff in a very short time span. First time came and cut down the trees, they took the branches around to the front. As they were finishing, The next team arrived and grinded the stumps. As they were working, the next team came with the wood chipper and started breaking down the debris. And lastly another crew came with a bobcats to help the wood chipping team. They leveled everything off. The cleaned up the leaves and dust and left my property looking wonderful! Highly recommend.

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They are very skilled, they worked quickly and efficiently. The clean up afterwards was very thorough. I have no complaints!

This company was recommended by our landscaper and they did an incredible job! There service was impeccable, AFFORDABLE, friendly and they kept us apprised of all that was going on. We had 7 large hedges removed, a "small" tree and one VERY LARGE tree. They not only removed it and ground up the stumps but the ground up another one on the site for us. The clean up was amazing as well! Enrique (I'm assuming the foreman) was so kind and so personable. I'd ask for him again!

My dad had some trees taken down yesterday. The guys were on time and got right to work. We watched as they worked. They were organized and professional. Every branch and tree trunk fell where they needed it to go. They cleaned everything up as if we never had any work done. Good group of guys and would definitely recommend this company.

They did not finish the job the 1st time.. they did not trim the backside of the trees at all. The 2nd time they came and literally flattened out the whole backside of the trees ! How hard is it to round them., that's called pruning, never again

My 40’ tree fell down at 10am. I asked for a recommendation through friends on FB. A local friend noted T&M Greencare. I called them at about 2pm. The guy came and gave me an estimate within the hour. I thought the price fair asking when can it be done? He told me he could have a crew over in an hour or so. He did!
It was hard to believe that this huge tree covering two thirds of my yard was gone, roots and all within an hour!
I have been in construction. The crew worked together quickly and safely each knowing their part of the job cutting, climbing, cleaning and hauling all to a huge chipper and huge logs lifted away.
What seemed a huge headache and “what to do,” moment was out of my mind half a day later.
Like the guy who recommended them to me, I highly recommend them going forward
