My first error was calling this business for an estimate. The 2nd error I made was thinking this was a professional tree trimming business. They came and gave me an estimate earlier in the week and we made an appointment for the trim . This was for 2 medium sized trees that needed the lowered branches trimmed . I asked if he was able to do it and wr agreed on a date for Saturday and he came on a Monday . He gave me a written estimate apparently only a prop . I never heard from him again. I tried calling on Saturday and he picked up the phone and pretending to be someone else that would relay the message but nobody got back to me. I’m not sure what happened I could only guess he woke up and didn’t want to get on a small ladder or did not have one . Wasn’t in the mood for doing something that took a professional which clearly he wasn’t . Just wanted to cut down trees and not prune them. So he acted as any child would and never called cancelled or showed up. It’s not till you interact with a business that you can see for yourself how unprofessional they are . If the job entailed skills that were required or any at all he should of just told me trimming a few low branches off of a backyard tree was more than he was capable of doing .

I have used All Island Tree service numerous times now and their service and quality of work is excellent. They clean up after the removal and make sure the area is cleaned properly. Their pricing is very fair and I would recommend them to anyone.

Erick and his crew are incredible! They show up like an army... early and ready to go. He gave a fair quote on some work that needed to be done and shared ideas on best approach. I strongly refer his service if you are in need. Solid all around experience.

I used their service. They damaged my property. They confirmed they were responsible for the damage, but only fixed part of the damage, refused the main issue/damages they caused to the door and the frame of the door due to their negligence of their machinery! I tried multiple times to contact them, the owner refused to communicate/respond. Ignored my calls/text after initial contact. The only response was take me to court! Supplied me with their insurance, bur refused to share more info. Their insurance company also refused to share their info. Not honest or genuine. Do Not do business with them!

These guys are simply amazing. They handled seamlessly the removal today of a huge oak tree from my property with the highest degree of professionalism and care. Erick, his brothers and the entire team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend.

My experience was an unpleasant one especially with Eric T, who has an attitude because I had concerns about the work. He needs patience and learn to be professional. First off Eric I called you company by mistake, I was trying to reach ALLSTATE TREE REMOVAL SERVICE who had provided me without quote already. Eric T you came and assessed the job site and provide a quote, my wife spoke with you and explained exactly what we needed done.( I heard the entire conversation over my RING OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERA. I would not recommend using this company.

It was a pleasure working with All island tree service today. Eric and his team did a great job in my backyard and I can’t thank them enough. Since day one Eric was professional and understanding. That meant a lot to me. Price was very fair. Thank you again to Eric and his team. God bless.

I was in a panic. A huge branch had fallen on my roof! I called All Island Tree Service, and they were there within an hour removing it!!
The next morning, they were
Back removing that tree and trimming my others! They were wonderful!!! They left my property cleaner than it was when they came!!!!
I would never call another tree service again!!! They are the best. Very respectful, polite, and worked non stop until the Job was done.

Possibly the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They never follow up, very unresponsive, and their “I’ll call you tomorrow” means you’ll never hear from them again. Their prices are generally lower than other quotes, and if you’re thinking a one-and-done service, you’re probably okay, but otherwise save yourself the headache. I’ve called them about 20 times to plant some trees in my yard, got a scheduled date (after about 15 calls) and they never showed up (and never called to provide an update). After calling them the day of the scheduled service, they informed me that they were unable to get the requested trees from the nursery. I followed up multiple times with them with no avail and finally gave up. Avoid them at all costs!

Jonathan and his team were fantastic. Super professional and efficient. They responded promptly, gave me the BEST estimate and worked with my schedule to complete the job. They showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They took down 2 trees and removed 3 tree stumps, filled them up with soil and left the property spotless. True professionals and excellent customer service. Couldn’t be happier working with them. Look no further, trust me, you want to hire these guys! Thanks for a job well done. Great experience from start to finish. Eric came to my home and quickly provided a very fair estimate for the removal of two trees in front of my house that had roots popping up. The team showed up on time and provided the quality service one should expect. Highly recommend this company.

We had a very large oak tree pruned by All Island Tree Service today. We chose them because of their great reviews and they did not disappoint. Got our estimate on Thursday and two days later the work was done. The crew was on time, worked quickly, was polite and very thorough in shaping the tree and cleaning up the debris. It is so refreshing to use a company who provides such wonderful customer service.

I had a 3-4 story, 30+ year old tree that was dying and needed to come down. Erik came promptly when I called for an estimate and quoted me a great price for the work involved. They arrived this morning before the prescribed time and quickly and efficiently took the tree down and ground the stump to grade level. They clearly knew what they were doing. Most importantly, however, was their care for my property and the lengths to which they went to clean up all the debris. Aside from a patch of mulch where the base had been and a bright sunny spot on my lawn, you would never know they were there. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Erick and his crew are extremely professional, careful, efficient and clean. The price is very fair and reasonable and they deliver! We couldn’t be happier with the job they did in removing a +80’ old oak tree. They ensured that our neighbor’s property was also safe and clean.

Hired All Island to cut down 3 big trees plus some limb cutting. One big tall tree was very close between my house and neighbors house with overhanging tree limbs over my roof. Job was professionally done and job was done exactly as we agreed upon. Job was done very quickly and professional with clean up of all debris. Honest company to work with and done at a reasonable good price. I would definitely use them for future jobs and would recommend them to others. Thank you Eric for a job well done.

You guys did an awesome job! Two thumbs up besides the 5 star. There were 20 trees and a lot of shrubs to be removed, but you guys were quick and left the job clean. Thank you again, Erick and crew. You guys are outstanding.

Reliable and responsive company who came out quick to offer an estimate. Eric was an absolute gentleman and gave a very fair estimate for tree trimming.
They came on the day and time I was told. Eric was with his crew giving directions at all times. Guys did a very nice job and cleaned up upon completion.
I wouldn’t hesitate to get their services again in the future.
It’s rare to have complete satisfaction when dealing with tradesmen but I have only praise for All Island tree service.

They took down a very large dead tree between my fence and shed, extremely tight space. They did a fantastic job and so neat. When they left, you'd never know they took down a tree, so clean and neat. Also have me a great price. I highly recommend them for any tree work efficient, prompt, neat, and also a really nice bunch of guys

Similar to some previous comments, I will give 10 stars if I can!!! Erick and his brother run the best team, everyone are highly skilled and professional. We quoted 6+ tree services in Long Island and retained all island twice to take down a total of 10 trees, including 4 giant oak trees. Erick not only gave honest estimate, but he delivered the job and left the backyard totally cleaned. We greatly appreciate the work his team does. Hire them and you will have no regrets!
