VMV Cleaning Solutions

I used this company for the first time today and scheduled a deep cleaning, but unfortunately the service I received was more like a poor surface clean.

When I contacted the owner to report the issues, the response was disappointing. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, he was combative and said he had spoken with the cleaners and that they claimed they had not missed anything. He framed it as my word (the customer) against the cleaners. When I offered to send a video showing the areas that were missed, he began to backtrack and offered only $20 off the bill.

Several areas were clearly not cleaned. The top of the refrigerator was not wiped, the bathroom tile was not cleaned, the shower door still had water streaks, the bathroom vanity was not wiped down, and the faucet still had visible water spots. There were multiple other areas that were overlooked as well.

What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability or effort to make the situation right. The owner was not apologetic and did not attempt to properly address the concerns.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service. When booking, the owner emphasizes “top-notch cleaning and customer service,” but that was not my experience.

Very friendly staff and does an excellent job cleaning! The inside of my house looks brand new when they finish !!
