Called for estimate on basement wall repair. Came out following day. Gave instructions on next step then told to call back which I did. Made several calls to get estimate. Strung along for 2 weeks then stated unable to give estimate.

This is a very astute group of people working here. Immediately, they knew the problem with the leveling of my ground, the shortcuts taken with a previous septic repair company hired by the previous owner of my home, issues with my septic system and most of all my foundational issues. This company also has a responsive owner, coordinator and engineer. I found this team, while very busy will get to everyone on the list and sooner than later. Overall, I found this team to work not only independently but with excellence. Therefore, anyone can follow behind their work. I would like to add, they also do leveling and prep for sheds. My sheds happen to be over my septic and I didn’t know it or if it was allowed and they also can assist with this too. BTW, I also think it’s great they have a mascot pig, that is adored nationwide.

I know I am late in getting this review done. They repaired a basement wall for me a few years ago. They did a great job and the work was completed in a very timely manner. They arrived at the same time every day and also wrapped up work for the day by 2:30 or 3:00 (which I really appreciated!). Afterwards, they cleaned up, replanted the grass where digging was done and provided timed water sprinklers for a week or two. I highly recommend them and am thinking of giving them another call again soon to help with ponding/drainage problems in my backyard.

We hired Sam Long for a project, but they made a major mistake. When we reached out about it, they admitted it was their fault and promised to fix it at no charge. However, for four months, they kept saying they’d come out to take care of it but never showed up. Eventually, we found out they had fired the employee we’d been dealing with for allegedly stealing from them. After all that, the owner told us they now planned to charge us $1,000 to fix their own mistake.
