Nick answered me as soon as I placed my emergency text, advised me how to handle the situation, then came by first thing in the morning. Nick came by every day after that for 4 days until he got the faulty equipment working.
And then, after I put a screw through the new coil, did it all again 2 weeks later. Great guy with an amazing work ethic.

Nick & his team did a great job installing a split unit system for our second floor. He was communicative, timely & took the time to explain best practice for use. Highly recommend!
