Called Air Care Tech because my AC did not feel like it was cooling properly. Nick came right out and diagnosed the issue, didn't try to upsell me or get me to do anything extra. Very straight forward and honest. AC has been working great ever since. Found the guy to take care of my AC moving forward.

I reached out to Nick late on a Friday night because my AC wasn’t cooling, and he responded right away. By Monday, he was already on-site and getting to work diagnosing the issue with my mini split system.

Nick quickly identified that the system was low on refrigerant. He tested the lines, filled them with nitrogen, and monitored the pressure to ensure there were no leaks. Once he confirmed the system was holding pressure, he vacuumed the lines and then refilled the refrigerant to the manufacturer’s exact specifications. Since then, everything has been working perfectly.

Throughout the process, Nick was clear, honest, and respectful of my time and money. For example, during the vacuuming stage—which takes a few hours—he told me, “Instead of sitting here doing nothing and billing you per hour, I’m going to go to another job and come back when it’s done so you’re not paying for me just sitting around.” That kind of transparency and integrity really stood out.

Nick was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He’s knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cares about doing right by his clients. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Had a wonderful experience with Nick at Air Care Technicians. Even though I found his company through an internet search and wasn’t a regular customer, Nick nonetheless made time in his busy pre-summer schedule to come by my house multiple times to tune my AC units and to remove and install one unit that was nonfunctional. Air Care’s prices are fair and the expertise is top notch. I highly recommend them and Nick in particular.

Nick has been a very reliable air technician. He fixed my air conditioning unit in a very hot day and also power washed the outside unit. He is responsive and knows what he is doing. I will definitely recommend him for air-con repairs .

Nick was extremely diligent, working hard to fix my hot water heater. He took time to protect my floors with drop cloths and was conscientious. A pleasure to have him work in my house.

Nick responded quickly and was very professional. I was impressed that he made time for me even though I was a new customer after three days >95 degrees. I also was very impressed that he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me great recommendations that made the most sense. I feel that Nick is very trustworthy based on his recommendations. Had Air Care come over to my mother’s house to see what was needed for a/c. She has no basement or attic so they recommended a split system. It provides a/c, heat and is a dehumidifier so system was installed. Tech was professional and explained all my concerns, cleaned up after a 2 day completion. Looking good..!!!
