I have never worked with an organization like this one. Everything and everyone was perfect. Our flooded basement was taken care of quickly--immediately in fact, everyone was lovely and helpful, and the work is superior. We are very very grateful.

I called Antoinette at Servpro of White Plains when my washing machine on the 2nd floor leaked and came through the 1st floor ceiling. Antoinette had her crews there in 1/2 hour and started working hard on it. As they were cleaning up and doing demo they found a lot of mold up in the ceiling. After having a NY State mold inspector Come out for testing, Servpro White Plains did the mold remediation. Antoinette had her crews full on and took care of everything. They put up new walls, new floors, cabinets, had electricians and plumbers on site They finished the job in great time and made it stress free. I would recommend them to my family and friends
