I cant say enough great things about Servpro of White Plains. I had a fire in my kitchen and my house filled with smoke. No one was hurt luckily but the mess was overwhelming. The fire department came and I called my insurance company. They called Servpro of WP and Brendan and his crew were at my house less than an hour later. They set up their equipment and came back the next day. They cleaned the soot off of everything and it literally was everywhere! I never thought the smell would go away but when they were done cleaning the smell was gone! They also arranged to have all of my clothes and comforter picked up to be cleaned. They dealt with my insurance company I didn’t have to deal with anything. I highly recommend Servpro of White Plains. Thank you for making my house my home again!

At our home we had a sewage pipe break and made a mess on our basement and laundry room area. I called Servpro of white Plains and New Rochelle and was quickly connected with Greg who was a pleasure to talk with and go over the scope of the job at my house. A few hours later I got a call from Andrew, who let me know that a team was on the way to deal with my situation and that my family are in great hands. Once the team arrived to deal with my sewage situation, they went right to work and took me step by step on what they were doing to solve this issue and recommend how to fix the pipes and what to if the odor doesn't go away throughout my basement and laundry area . Greg, Andrew and there team are top notch and highly recommended by my family and I. Even my neighbors are impressed with Servpro White Plains and Servpro of New Rochelle who will be calling if they have issues of their own in the future.

So thankful for SERVPRO White Plains! After experiencing flooding and water damage we called Servpro White Plains and they handled everything. They took a stressful situation with flooding and water damage in our home and they handled all the issues, working with the insurance company, getting a remediation specialist out here timely. They reassured us and handled all the cleanup and water damage we unfortunately experienced . I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience in a truly stressful situation. I appreciated their follow up and professionalism . I hope I don’t need to call them again but I would highly recommend them to anyone who may have experienced any water , flooding , mold etc.

Earlier this November while my son was away a hose disconnected from my heating/air conditioning unit which is housed in a closet in his room. As we live in a high rise building, the unit is connected to the plumbing in the building causing a flood in my son’s bedroom.

When I called my Allstate Agent, he recommended ServPro of White Plains and New Rochellle. I called ServPro
and their engineer, Hiram, was at my condo within a couple of hours.

Hiram came in with a crew and immediately torn out the old carpeting and installed industrial de-humidifiers in the room. Later that evening something happened with the circuit breaker which my son fixed but I was concerned about the ServPro equipment in his room and called ServPro again.

That night at about 8:30 p.m. Andrew, the construction engineer from ServPro, came to the condo to make certain that everything was in working order.

The next day Hiram and his crew removed the damage sheet rock and other damaged items from the room. My condo has very strict “rules” about any construction and/or clean up. The ServPro employees respected this and were very careful to remain within the parameters of the “rules”.

For the next week Hiram was here everyday checking on the humidity levels in the room and to make certain all was okay. Amazing service!!!!

Andrew came by to see the damage and to get the information he needed to prepare a quote for myself and Allstate. He clearly explained the scope of work for repairing the damage in my son’s room. He also spent the time to measure out the entire condo as I thought that we might replace the floors throughout while they were replacing the floor in my sons room.

These guys are unbelievable!!! All ServPro employees saw to it that a bad situation was eased for me and my family. Hiram, Andrew and all of the ServPro crew who came to my condo were extremely professional, friendly and courteous.

I would strongly recommend ServPro of White Plains and New Rochelle to anyone who has had damage to their property and wants to deal with real professionals!!
