Oleg was extremely professional from the moment he stepped into the house till the job was done. He was on time and worked quietly while making sure we knew what the problem was on our Miele dishwasher and what it would take to fix the water pump and allow water intake. Oleg came to fix a broken wolf oven ignitor that magically started working when he tried it. while here, we had him look at our sub-zero freezer that had stopped producing ice - he quickly identified the issue, fixed it, and serviced the machine. very happy to have found a friendly, reliable, and knowledgable technician!

Oleg is super! I called Elite Systems Expert on a Monday morning. He texted back that day. I texted him that my Miele dishwasher was not draining and gave my address. He wrote back that he would be at my house at 6pm! Brilliant! He was respectful, kind, and immediately got to work as I was on the phone with my daughter. He gave some pets to my dog and then the dishwasher was fixed! I am going to have him back to do maintenance on my washer and dryer. He obviously cares about what he does. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation than this: I respect him. Call him if an appliance is broken!

Oleg helped us with fridge, stove and air dryer issues. He was very reasonable and professional. I asked him to visit my two houses that are close to each other and he only charges one inspection fee. He ordered the parts we needed in a very short period and came to do the repair as soon as he got them. The repair was done quickly. I will highly recommend him.
