Our 3-year-old LG refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling, and after having two different repair people come with no results, we were extremely frustrated. One technician even charged us $350 just for showing up, and another company (Honest Repair) said he would return but never came back and stopped answering our calls.

Oleg and his team were a completely different experience. He came to our home, assessed the issue quickly, and explained exactly what needed to be done. He asked us to let the fridge fully defrost so he could make sure he ordered the correct part — which showed he actually cared about diagnosing the problem properly instead of guessing.

Oleg is highly reliable, effective and professional. Our old-model Kenmore dryer broke Saturday morning. I called Oleg based on his reviews and proximity. He said he could come the same day by early afternoon, and he did. He quickly identified the issue (broken belt) and replaced it on the spot, so that I had a working dryer. Oleg also recommended I replace a related pulley to help avoid a potential problem down the road. He texted Saturday evening to let me know he had the part in stock, and he came Monday afternoon to install it. I found the total price completely reasonable, and I will definitely call Oleg for other appliance repairs in the future.

We had a problem with the door of our Bertazzoni refrigerator. After speaking with Oleg on the phone, I texted him a couple of photos, and he diagnosed the problem right away.
He then came to our house to make sure, ordered the replacement part for us, and finally returned for the installation, always texting us to let us know that he was on his way.
As a bonus, he also adjusted one of the door handles that kept getting loose.
Oleg is knowledgeable, capable, professional, and punctual. And the price is reasonable. This was a much better appliance-repair experience than anything we have had before.

Oleg was extremely professional and very helpful in diagnosing what was wrong with our subzero ice maker and putting in a replacement which is working perfectly! I recently needed a repair for an Electrolux dryer and Thermadore oven. Oleg was extremely professional, meticulous, and trustworthy. The dryer was a quick fix but the oven was a little more challenging. Before replacing the main control board he tried the less expensive fix, the probe, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the control panel. The part however was returned and the correct part was ordered and everything is working nicely. He's responsive to texts and reliable. I can't say much about the price as I have nothing to compare it too. Labor was between $250 -$350 for each appliance plus parts. I'd highly recommend Oleg and his company.

Oleg is the best. He was communicative, prompt and experienced. He diagnosed my issue with my Electrolyx front loader washing machine instantly and fixed the problem on the spot. He then gave me an option to order a part that may cause an issue in the near future. When the part came in a week later, we rescheduled another appointment and I had an equally great experience. Oleg did a superb job with our oven and dishwasher repairs. He came when he said that he would (the next day, following my initial call to Elite, which I really appreciated), and he was clearly extremely knowledgeable about both of our appliances. Oleg diagnosed the problems with each of them immediately, and upon his return (after obtaining the necessary parts) was able to complete the repairs. He even helped us out with some of the burners by removing/showing us how to remove the buildup that was making them work inefficiently. Most importantly to me, Oleg is trustworthy and a good guy. I would absolutely recommend him and Elite Systems to anyone who needs repair, and I for one will not hesitate to contact Oleg if/when we are in need of other repairs. Five stars!
