Five years ago they installed a new boiler hot water combo unit for me. The technicians, work quality and price were all great. However despite calling many many time over the 5 years (and 3 times this year) and being told I’d hear back in a week or so every time, they haven’t inspected their work and closed out the building permit. I paid them for the work, the equipment and the inspection. But I’m going to have to hire inspectors and work with the town myself.

If that wasn’t an issue… 4 stars. It would be five but the free maintenance visits are actually sales calls.

The service technician, Eric, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. T Webber is always my first choice!

Matt was honest sincere and did a amazing job servicing my townhouse that I just moved into. His professionalism, poise and honesty went a long way in my book, being a newly single mom. Scammers…overpriced everything (I am talking about 4 times more) and still charging you $150 fee for the showing if you decline the service. Not recommended

T.Webber responded promptly to my request for an appointment when my AC stopped working. Charlie the technician provided excellent service. He was knowledgeable, professional and took the initiative to initiate next steps for my AC unit. I highly recommend.

My sewer backed up on a Sunday morning. I was in desperate need of a plumber. I called T Webber and within an hour, they were at my door and able to fix the problem and ensured my drains were clear and everything was running smoothly. I’m very grateful. They did a great job and it didn’t take very long. The serviceman, Mr Vargas was very helpful, explained everything to us clearly and made sure we understood what we were agreeing to. I felt very comfortable with him. He was courteous and did a great job.

Edward was courteous and professional, he worked seamlessly with our town on a main shut off valve leak that threatened to ruin our Christmas the day before Christmas eve but Edward saved us, fixing the valve before the town left for the 2 day holiday with time to spare.

Highly unprofessional and lier just to put over charge told wrong diagnos; Just needed to fix communication wire and he said motherboard is blown with 220 power; which impossible from the main panel box … this company a must ignore !!’ split into is getting 120 volt from outdoor unit and he said it’s 220 volts…
What a lier!!!!

Three visits 4 men still not fixed. Left work area a mess. When you call you get AI so next to impossible to get any satisfaction for your problems. The last technician said the leak caused the thermostat on hot water tank to be faulty, but before they fix the leak, the hot water was in fact working. I feel he went the thermostat because he didn’t shut the water when he was fixing the leak.

John my Tech was extremely professional,neat,efficient and meticulous with his work and explained to make it easy to understand.As part of management in my career myself in my opinion he is a asset to your company and hard to find Technican.Megan the rep on the phone was also professional and accommodating and patient.
