We loved that guy.
Matt knew is business he got our boiler running like new with his knowledge and very professional attitude.

He was unable to help and told us this but did charge $270 despite us being told consultation would be $139. Not cool! Another company that was in the area had come by before you/Webber, and told us they thought it was a clogged sewer line but wouldn't charge us because they could not help.

Quick appointment available. Technician was thorough and explained all of the options. Very happy with the service.

Be aware from this company. They say on the phone one price and then when they arrive they give you a $900 estimate to install just a stove. And explain the price over the phone is just a fee for showing up ($139). So you (of course) refuse pay $900 and they make you pay the show up fee plus taxes ($150) that is the way this company make money, not fixing or installing anything. Scammers.

Called about not getting hot water from my shower, TWebber sent Daniel Marinaccio within 30 minutes of my call, he was great very professional, got the job done quickly. I've great experiences with TWebber and the pros they send.

John was thorough in trying to determine the possible reason for the delayed firing of our heating furnace. He tested and cleaned and checked a number of things. He was patient and explained what he was doing. He’s experienced and professional.

Mike did a great job repairing 2 toilets. He even went to a distant site to pick up a part they never sent him. A good man!!

Edward Stangle was really helpful. He fixed the problems I had, adjusted the water heater. Webber service contract was worth it!

Lewinn Brito was able to clear the plugged waste line appropriately 80 feet from my bathroom. He was not only knowledgeable about what needed to be done, he described each step before doing the work to make me feel more comfortable with his work. He knew well how to use the equipment and was careful to not damage anything he was working with. I will ask for Lewinn if I ever need T. Weber again.

Excellent service. Friendly staff on the phone, got me next day appointment, fixed the problem, gave us a discount, the electrician was friendly and very knowledgeable. Great communication from the company. Great experience I highly recommend and I will use them again. Theresa was our electrician. I’m a pleased customer!

Technician, Nicholas Eletto, came within 24 hours and was able to get my ejector pump functional within a couple of hours. Price was half of what our normal plumber quoted us. Nicholas was so professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I could not be happier with this service!!

I was very pleased with the electrician you sent,Kelmend Muriqi. Aside from his professional manner he installed my fixture perfectly. After, he explained perfectly how the fixture operated with patience, especially needed for someone like myself who is incapable of using technology. Finally, he removed all the waste and left without leaving any sign of his presence other than a working fixture. I will certainly use T Webber for all of my plumbing, heating and electrical needs.

I’m a little disappointed. The tech was great. The assessment on future work helpful. The problem is I paid a premium to get the burner on and some oil until my scheduled delivery Monday. I ended up with the minimal oil and a warning it probably won’t be enough oil until Monday putting me back to square one before my delivery. I called and they offered no solution.

Aidan did an awesome job! He provided fast, quality service and communicated everything he did. He walked me through his whole service routine and gave me recommendations on things he feels may need attention in the future. Luis was patient with giving explanations of what he was doing -- very professional. He answered all my questions. The task actually required a service call for both HVAC's rather than the simpler maintenance I initially requested.
