Called to simply inquire about soil pricing since it is not clearly listed on their website. Employee on the phone was unprofessional and rude, quickly becoming agitated and short with me after asking about pricing.

Extensive inventory in a spacious layout. Received extensive assistance and recommendations for our selections. Will definitely make this place our top choice for future plantings.

Just called down there and the nastiest person ever picked up the phone!!!! I have no idea how people even order from this place! I just asked about a delivery and the nasty lady said they only deliver certain days. So then I asked ok what day is best? She rudely said don't know you would have to speak to a sales person. I said ok can I please speak to one? She said nope there all busy. Like ewww RUDE!!!!

Stopped by just to take a quick look at the place. We entered and nicely said hello to the older lady behind the counter and we received nothing but nasty faces and an attitude. Will never be returning purely because of how we were spoken to.

Staff was rude. I felt as though I was intruding. They didn't seem like they wanted to even sell me a tree. That's fine. There are several nurseries in the area. I will take my hard-earned money where it is appreciated.

Great nursery a lot of selection on plants

A designer from Rosedale's Landscaping department has been advising us over the past year. Kevin has carefully studied our home (situated halfway up a hill) and surroundings. He worked with our contractor to design lovely stone walkways and walls. In the Fall, he planted the most amazing selection along the front and sides of our home. Since the beginning of the season, there have been a number of shrubs, bulbs and other plantings that bloom simultaneously and add luscious color and contrast. We are just completing a major landscaping project in our back garden/hillside/patio and additional work in the front yard. Kevin's design and advice is top notch and the selection and quality of plantings he brings from Rosedale is outstanding. We would highly recommend their landscaping department and in particular the services of Kevin Magnan. He is such a lovely man (kind and gracious) and very, very talented. He has taken this property from a house to a gracious, stately home for us.

This place is MASSIVE!!! But you do have to wander around a bit on your own before you find someone to help, which is fine by me because I love browsing! They have something for everyone: indoor, outdoor, pots, planters, garden benches, sprays, liquids, tools, books, etc...
Don't come here if you are in a hurry, but for variety and healthy plants this place is remarkable.

In 5 years of shopping at Rosedale, I've always found the staff courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

More importantly, the selection of plants is tremendous and--MOST importantly--the plants I've bought at Rosedale have consistently been the healthiest, most vigorous and long-lived specimens. You can grab a petunia at Home Depot, but if you're really shopping for plants, go to Rosedale.

The best plant and garden nursery. There stock is the best quality and the work there crews and planners do are excellent and top rated. Many high end customers use Rosedale giving credence to the quality you can expect.

Prepared to be disappointed. Todays trip to Rosedale makes strike three, they're out! I want to shop there but I consistently encounter rude and arrogant staff members who seem very unhappy in their jobs. Also, they aren't very knowledgeable. Two green thumbs down👎👎.

Came in for a flowering shrub and found what I was looking for in their expansive display area outside. Took advantage of the complimentary wagons to take my purchase to the registers. The staff were very helpful and polite.

First I almost got killed pulling into lot because as I made a left to cross 9 a landscaping truck that was parked in side of drive suddenly backs up, at top speed, and blocks entire drive. And stops. While I'm already in middle of Rt 9 with cars coming towards me.

Then when I tell someone inside she kinda of smirks/rolls eyes and apologized. She did come after me and apologize again and told me I can go to office to file a complaint. I told her I just complained, to her, and left.

Besides this, the first plant I looked at was over twice the price I just paid for same plant/size pot at another nursery that is already known to be pricey.

Edit: months later and I see you replied to other reviews but not the one where your employees almost got me into a car accident with their unsafe behavior. I guess as long as we shop before you kill your customers it's ok.

Terrible customer service. Would not even engage in a polite discussion about returning two very expensive plants that did not make it though we followed directions meticulously. Receipt is misleading about possibility of return. Buyer beware and they just lost a major customer.
