Avoid this company if you're switching from gas to oil, as there are far superior options available. I have no regrets about choosing them, but that's largely due to their shortcomings. The sales and installation teams are woefully inept, with a lack of follow-through on my application that delayed me for months. Communication was nonexistent, with me having to constantly nudge the team to move forward unless I took matters into my own hands.

The final product was subpar, requiring multiple return visits to rectify their mistakes. The company's understanding of necessary permits and applications was lacking, further dragging out the completion of the job for months. What ultimately finished it was my own due diligence. It took over a year and a half to complete the conversion, a truly terrible experience.

Their response only serves to reiterate their lack of accountability, with the Service Manager failing to address my issues. This is a perfect example of how they treat their customers – as if we're incompetent fools who can't figure anything out for ourselves.

I opted for the afternoon appointment, and the technician returned with a suggested solution: replacing a part.

Two days after the initial return visit, the first technician arrived early in the morning and completed the replacement. The result is that my air conditioner is now functioning properly and well-maintained. Having used Petro before, I've consistently been satisfied with their services. I highly recommend them – they're reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, with a transparent approach that avoids any exploitation.

Last night my heating and boiler stopped working, but a service call was promptly made and technician Tim arrived within an hour to fix the problem. The 24/7 service is impressive - quick and efficient. Tim was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. He did a great job.
