Gold Star Plumbing gets 5 gold stars from me. Making the appointment was easy, and they called the next morning to confirm. Christian and River showed up on time, called before they came over, and were courteous and professional and friendly. They completed the job, replacing valves under the kitchen sink, very quickly and efficiently with minimum disruption for my mom who is homebound and requires 24hr care. I'm very glad to support such a great local business here in Hicksville and I highly recommend them for your Plumbing needs.

James came to fix a condensation issue with the AC. Had to replace a part. Work was explained properly, in detail and repaired quickly.

Great experience with Gold Star Service this past week as a new customer, looking for gas furnace assistance and servicing options.
Started with initial patient and informative customer service call with Jeff, to appointment scheduling and prompt follow up with Supervisor Anjelyne and finished with an excellent face-to-face, on-sight walk through with HVAC Tech James today.
James answered all questions and concerns and offered service option solutions for me to review. Very patient. Did not attempt to push anything on us. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
I am confident I’ll be signing on for a service contract with GSS. - Paul. Lynbrook, NY.
