I walked in. asked one of the people for an item. was told i needed to wait on line. when i got to the front of the line, the same guy who i asked and was told to wait on line says instantly "no we dont sell that" huge waste of my time and i bought my shrimp faucet cover at a different store.

I visited here this afternoon, following a recommendation for their service. Initially, the representatives were quite helpful, which was promising. However, my experience quickly deteriorated when I sought assistance with a thermocouple and its compatibility with my water heater. One of the staff members, who was more engrossed in a personal phone call than in helping me, provided a lackluster service. Despite my clear request for a specific part compatible with my heater, he handed me a different one, claiming it was what I asked for. His dismissive attitude and reluctance to engage made me feel like an afterthought. This was not the level of customer care I expected, especially on my first visit. It’s disheartening when the expertise you rely on falls short, and it’s compounded when it feels like your business is not valued.
