Made my appointment online in the morning when I discovered my gas furnace was not firing. I was able to make a same day appointment. I received a call from a customer service representative telling me the technician would be arriving shortly. It was followed up with an email. Dave arrived within the scheduled time period. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with the exact cost to make the repair which could be done the same day. I felt the cost to get my heat back up and running was reasonable, so he made the repairs. He was polite, courteous, and professional at all times.
