My washing machine was leaking and I called them; they got me technician that was available within a few days and he fixed the washing machine quickly. He told us what was wrong and the price was not bad. Trust you won't be disappointed.

Even though my machine wasn't able to be repaired (12 years Old) the Serviceman Ameer was professional, well mannered, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. This was my very first Craigslist Service booking and this service provider left me with a wonderful experience. I will be saving the business card for future references.

The Technician was great Dynamic Appliance Repair came in and out, the whole job was done in 45mins, great price too. The service and part came with a 1 year warranty. I highly recommend their service.

When I called the company, the person told me they usually charge $50 for technician to come,but they not going charge me which was lie. After technician come he told me I need to change one parts he will order, it’ll take few days and he will charge me $50 now. I called the company again then the same person said, now you pay $50 and when we complete the job we will deduct $50, then I just paid $50. Hour later I received email for the cost of the parts and labor which was about $800. Thats it for me. #They are fraud.

I called Dynamic Appliance Repair because my oven was not heating and I needed it to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner which was the next day. Family was visiting and I couldn't cook. They said they were really booked up all day but told me they would try to see if they could help. They called a back a couple of hours later and asked if I would be available about 9PM and I said yes for sure if they would come fix it. They showed up about 9:30PM and had my oven working in about 30 minutes. I am so grateful that they were willing to work late and help me and my family like they did. You just don't find anyone like that any more so I very thankful to them.

I would rate a five cause problem was fix except I don’t understand if u come to fix a refrigerator why don’t they fix entirely, I was told the dash board of my fridge will be another service call.
Something don’t sit right with me on that. The tech Amir came off very defensive when I was asking questions for my own knowledge. Any how my headache with the main issue of leak was fix and frozen freezer bottom. He then sought out his attitude with me and all went well.

I scheduled a day for repair and waited 5 hours but they didn't come when I called them they said we can't repair the washer that's why we didn't come. Even didn't called me to say.
So I called my landlord explain the situation, one week later he came and fixed the washer/dryer combo and he said I searched online and found that this was a common problem.

Do yourself a favor and never get the extended warrantee on appliances. Amir and the staff of dynamic were super professional, on time and best of all, fixed the problems with my fridge. He costs less than the 2 year warrantee! I would definitely call them again. UPDATE: fridge broke again (because Frigidaire is absolute garbage) and Amir fixed it for only the cost of the parts. This company is great what a stand up guy!

What can I say, the title speaks for itself. Dynamic Appliance Repair is exactly what it is, Dynamic with a capital D!!!! The technician Ameer is the man! My fridge was on the fritz. He came ahead of the scheduled time, diagnosed what the problem was and fixed it on the spot all within a very reasonable price. I can't thank him enough, I am eternally grateful. If you have appliance issues of any kind in the borough of Queens, I suggest you look no further than him. Top notch service all the way. Wow!

Ameer came as per our scheduled appointment. Though my fridge couldn't be helped, he did show the reason why. Appreciated it very much. I will call him again if ever I need something done. Won't hesitate to refer him...

My family has been going to Ameer for years. Thank God we found him and Dynamic Repair. They've repaired our dryer twice (separate issues), two fridges, stove issues, and I think something else for us about 5 times over the past ten years. Ameer knew which appliances were worth fixing and which were junk, which was awesome. Always friendly, respectful, candid, informative, and very low-priced. Service was fast and the problems were gone, never to return. Do not listen to reviewers who've never even hired Ameer or his staff; it's hard not to love this family and their company.

Thank you Ameer for helping get washer and dryer down to our basement through a narrow opening. Very professional and courteous! Replaced all existing fittings/hoses and made sure everything was working before leaving.

Ameer was a very nice Servicemen who knew exactly what he was doing from start to finish. He came in and was very kind, and easy to talk to. Everything he did he let us know before doing it. Overall it was a very good experience and we’d do it all over again.

Melissa and Ameer are great. I had a problem with a stove, thinking it was one problem. Ameer came in and knew right away the issue. He ordered the right part, and came back the next business day and fixed it. It was really fast and really professional. He explained every step and was great. Melissa is thorough and follows up.

Nice team. Wish you guys did all repairs!!! Keep up the great work. Everyone fears something breaking in the middle of the night (or day) and trying to find the right folks to repair it. They are the right team! They charge $50 to come out (like everyone else) and it is waived when you repair with them. They know their stuff.

Amir has fixed just about every appliance in my home, saving me literally thousands of dollars in replacement costs. The refrigerator, two stoves, a washing machine, a dryer and waaay back when, he installed air conditioners in a few of my bedrooms (the company no longer does AC's). It's been a l-o-n-g stretch of time between repairs, but I will say that he is consistently professional, fairly priced, personable and always gets the job done expeditiously. If anything goes wrong, he makes it RIGHT !
I cannot recommend Dynamic Appliance Repair more highly.

Arrange a time of repair during work hours and couldn’t wait 5 minutes while I woke up a roommate as I was already at work?? The repair man said he’d wait while I called and by the time I called him back 4 minutes later he said he already left and I had to reschedule and hung up. Super unprofessional please use someone else sorry people have lives.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with **Dynamic Appliance Repair**. Their driver, a West Indian individual with long hair, exhibited extremely impatient behavior. He honked his horn in an irate manner, creating unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, as I was getting out of my vehicle, he almost hit me with his car.

I called the business to report the incident, and the owner shockingly told me he didn’t care and to call the cops.

Such aggressive behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. Dynamic Appliance Repair should focus on hiring better staff to ensure their representatives act professionally.

This company took all of my information; reviewed my pictures and issues in detail about my refrigerator; made an appt with which I took my day off from work, then called me ten minutes before they were supposed to come and told me they JUST reviewed my problems and decided they didn’t want to work on the fridge. Deplorable behavior from a service to their customers. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Would give zero stars if I could.
