I wanted to try repairing our washing machine before resorting to purchasing a new one. Melissa on the phone is the most pleasant person I’ve spoken to, and she was so helpful throughout the process and I was able to have someone come and take a look at our washing machine. He was very knowledgeable and honest, and also explained to me how complex the repair would be, and gave me his honest opinion on whether or not I should fix it. I would definitely recommend this company if you need to get your washing machine serviced.

I did a google search to find this repair company and after looking at several reviews, decided to give them a try at fixing my Samsung oven (3 yrs old and out of warranty)which stopped working. I'm very pleased with the service that I received from Amir. He was super nice, quick with the repair (needed and ignitor), charged a fair price and was very knowledgeable about appliance brands. Amir showed up in the time window that was scheduled and had my oven working in less than 15 minutes. My mom, who's a senior, was so impressed with his skills and knowledge. It's hard to find a reliable company for repairs. I had initially called Samsung and the repair companies they recommended were horrible...high diagnostic charges, poor customer reviews, pay for parts up front (before the diagnosis which means minimum 2 visits to your home) and a restocking fee if the repair wasn't done. I'm so glad that I didn't go with the Samsung recommendations and did my own search/homework. My mom was so pleased hat Amir also guaranteed the part for 1 year and said should it go slightly more than a year from now, he would work with us to replace/repair. Mom has already passed on his info. to her sister. Thanks Amir for getting our oven working again! I highly recommend Amir and Dynamic Appliance Repair...stellar service from a local repair shop!
