Mowing, mulching

This is year 2 of using WYCOMI Lawn Maintenance. Owner consistently shows up on time, listens to my concerns, thoroughly walks the property and develops a plan that works for us. The efficiency of their operation is impressive. Our property is spotless when finished. Very impressed with their edging, trimming, mulching and hauling away of debris. Hard working young entrepreneurs growing their business.

Amazing service!! I had multiple piles and they cleared it all in one evening!! Wouldn’t go with any other company!

Mikey did a fantastic job of cleaning up our flower beds. Weeding every single weed and then putting down some very nice black mulch. He also trimmed some pretty ugly bushes up and made them look great again. Best part was when he was done you couldn’t even tell he was there. Great job. Reasonable prices. Can’t recommend them enough. We’ll be calling them again for any of our landscaping needs.

I needed someone to properly distribute and grade-in 40+ yards of screened topsoil on my residential property. I contacted Paul Dulieu from a strong recommendation by a local heavy equipment dealer that I trust. After explaining what I needed to have done, Paul impressed me with his familiarity with exactly what I needed to have done on my property to restore it after having nearly 30 ash trees recently removed. He promptly stopped by the property and reviewed what I had described and provided me with a very competitive quote and imminent date to complete the work. He explained the equipment he was bringing in and did a full walk of the property to ensure he had the needed access to all of the areas that needed topsoil and proper grading. In the subsequent days Paul communicated closely with me as I had to work with a local topsoil supplier to set up a 40 yard delivery the same day Paul recommended the job be done (to avoid heavy incoming rain). The day of the scheduled work Paul arrived and was ready to start by 8:00 am just after the topsoil was delivered by Syracusa Sand & Gravel. Paul was absolutely a master of his Bobcat T550 and completed the distribution and proper blending/grading of all of the topsoil by 4pm that day. By the time Paul was done, my property looked far better overall than I ever could have imagined. His attention to detail and his skill with that Bobcat exceeded my expectations for the needed work. Great communication, meeting all commitments he made, great pricing, EXCELLENT quality of work done and being overall easy to work with has earned Paul a 5-Star feedback rating. I will not hesitate to work with Paul Dulieu / CUTABOVE in the future.

Paul completed a large patio project for us earlier this summer. We are completely thrilled with the end result. Paul was responsive throughout the proposal and planning phases. He communicated clearly during the project so we knew what to expect each day. He was meticulous each step of the way
and treated our project as if he were working on his own home. It’s really hard to find that these days, and we have already recommended Paul to friends and neighbors.

Josh Lawn Care is a professional local company with a personal touch. They work hard to meet our needs for both lawn care and snow removal. I appreciate that I can call Josh directly on his cell phone and he will deliver.

I filled out a web request to have some work done. One week later I got a call from office saying the Salesperson would call to set up an appointment. 1 week later I got a voice mail with an apology from the Salesperson saying she was sorry for not getting back to me sooner. I called back 2 minutes later and got her voicemail and I asked her to call back. Well a week goes by and no call. I left another message but still nothing. If you can’t take the time to call somebody back you certainly can’t be trusted to do the work.

Once again using Josh Landscape, Property Care Division to maintain our lake property. Working with Joe Banker has been a great experience, his suggestions and advice have turned the property in a wonderful, serene, neat and beautiful space we enjoy and relax in.

Excellent communication. Professional employees who take pride in their design and work. Solid work! From design stages to final products, everything ran smoothly. They captured our vision and delivered a beautiful outdoor space around the pool.

My mom hired josh landscaping for our house this past spring-fall (2019) and they were supposed to come every two weeks or so and do yard work. She hired them because there was a lot to do seeing as how our gardens stretch throughout the property and we couldn’t keep up with all it’s maintenance. Out of the times that Josh Landscaping actually showed up they stayed for about an hour and just plucked weeds. You would think that if that was all they were going to do here they would at least be sure to get ALL the weeds but they did not, I could have done a better job. I know my mom contacted the owner at least once about their lack of work and although she did get a response and said she personally would make a trip out to our house, whether that happened or not we don’t know but there was still nothing done to our gardens that could use a lot of work. We hoped they would make up for the lack of effort with a great fall cleanup but they did nothing. I feel bad that my mom paid them all this money when even my brother and I could have done a much better job.

Josh Lanscape has performed many exterior renovations for us, including a walkway, patio, fire pit, retaining wall, extensive exotic hardwood deck design and reconstruction, landscaping and cleanups. I love working this company because their values are on point. Large projects are destined to have hiccups, and this crew is always good to their word. It's clear that all the employees are on board with the values, going above and beyond, listening, problem solving, and putting care into unexpected finishing touches.The end result is extremely professional, meticulous and high end.

Kyle was fantastic to work with while planning our design. Always responsive, so knowledgable and experienced, and went above and beyond in helping design a beautiful space for our family. Would enthusiastically recommend Kyle to anyone.

Very discouraged. As part of a fairly comprehensive landscape build-out, we had them install a water feature. We have had continual failures with the pump within the feature and they refuse to help us. We call and call, they promise a call back, and never call back. This has been going on for two years. It would seem to me that they are probably good at very basic landscaping. DO NOT get into anything complex that might require their support after the build.

We used Josh landscape for a major redesign of our large backyard patio - trying to make it more of an elegant oasis. The end product was even more beautiful than even I could have imagined. Ann completely understood the look and design I wanted from the very start - it was like she could read my mind. Because of her, I have the backyard of my dreams!

Second project I have contracted Josh Landscaping for. First project was the complete removal and rebuild of a center island in our circular driveway. More recently we engaged Josh Landscaping for hardscape and landscape following a home addition project. The hardscape crew led by Josh Coombs was nothing less than outstanding. Their attention to detail and workmanship is what makes them true professionals. Landscape crew led by Kelvin was professional and customer focused as well. In fact, we had Kelvin and crew on our first project and were thrilled to have them back for the second. Design by Ann and project management by Jeremy competed the team of professionals. Ann and Jeremy coordinated with our contractor to form a unified team. These days the buzz word in my IT profession is Customer Experience. Josh Landscaping has 100% focus on Customer Experience and we would look to them for any future projects.

After installing a front walkway, stairs, and landscaping for me last Fall, Josh Landscaping recently finished installing the second phase of a project (back patio, stairs, bubbling fountain, and landscaping) and, though I rarely post reviews online, I wanted to share my experience and let others know what a gem we have in this local company.

From initial consultation, through planning, installation, and project completion – everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and did their utmost to make sure I was happy with the job. All the employees exhibit the company’s high ideals - going above and beyond, listening to the customer, and putting care into every detail.

I have received so many compliments from family, friends, neighbors, and even perfect strangers! The end result is extremely professional and I expect to enjoy all of the work for many years to come!

NO FOLLOW THROUGH. For the second time, we decided to call Josh Lawn Care and Landscape to consult and possibly have them do some enhancements on our property. The request was placed through their website and we wound up, after waiting a week, calling them. Their designer did come and is quite knowledgeable. However, again there was no follow through. We were promised the quote the next day after the consultation. One week later a phone call was made and the designer promised to have the quote in my e-mail inbox by the same afternoon. The quote has not arrived as promised. Sorry Josh, we won't be calling again.
