Overpriced / underdelivered - do not waste your time and money. We were promised “best in class” and definitely did not receive that. Poor communication with designer and project manager led rework, extended timelines and having to advocate for the original plan to be completed as promised. The work was industry average, and the higher price point did not dictate better quality in our experience. A lot of excuses and we heard “well this happens in construction” too many times. For the money we paid we had much higher expectations than the serviced we received. Very disappointed in the experience.

Josh Landscape is a pleasure to deal with. The service and professionalism from their crew is unique in this business. I am happy with the value and my patio is my favorite place to spend time with my guests.

We used Josh Lawn Care & Landscaping, Inc this summer and overall we are extremely disappointed. At first things were going great, but then they did not complete the job. We have weeds growing everywhere because they did not put paper down. They never provided us with care instructions for our new trees and plants. I think the most frustrating thing is no response. We were told the crew would come back and do certain things and they would randomly show up for an hour or two, do one or two things, and leave, never to be seen again. My husband talked to Josh directly who at the time seemed to care and want to correct the issues, but then we never heard from him again either. We have called 5 times, which is why I am resorting to posting publicly. We had really hoped that Josh could have taken care of finishing our job without it resulting in this. If you want to be a good business man, be a man of your word. Don't promise things unless you plan to make them happen. We will of course not be recommending your services.

I've hired Josh and his crew for a number of hardscape and landscaping projects over the years. The experience has always been extremely positive. The commitment to quality that they exhibit on every job is unmatched and they execute every facet with uncompromising precision. This is our second season of using Josh Landscape Co for the Home on Honeoye Lake and we happened to be there for their first visit for spring clean up. The crew was fantastic, thorough, professional and did a great job! Some places they weren't sure what needed to go and they came to us and then exceeded our expectations on the final clean up! Great Job!!

Josh and the crew delivered as promised.. They were very receptive to working with us during our design phase and even more impressive was working with us in the middle of the installation with some changes we asked for. If you want something done right, don't hesitate to call Josh Landscape..It's worth the time and money!

Kyle, our designer, has been amazing during this process. He has worked with us to develop the perfect design for our patio and the renditions he provided were awesome. Really helped to visualize how the project will look. Can't wait to see the final product :-)

Josh Landscaping did a phenomenal job on our back yard. We never felt rushed over the several months and iterations of the plan. They brought great ideas and helped us craft the vision. During the construction phase the guys doing the work didn't just follow the plan, they offered valuable suggestions to make it better once they were actually working in the physical space. It was very clear that they wanted us to be happy with the end result. Like any project of this scale there were unforeseen obstacles which they handled knowledgeably and professionally. We are thrilled with our new patio, firepit, landscaping and fence. We have gotten so many compliments from our friends and family and we don't hesitate to let them know who did it. Josh Landscaping is everything we were looking for in a partner/vendor. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and good communicators, we didn't have to worry that they were just going to leave everything torn up for 3 weeks and us not know when things would be completed or if it would be the quality we were hoping for. They did a great job from start to finish.

i give this company 6 stars. julie is an amazingly skillful and knowledgeable designer. pedro and his crew were the hardest working young men and always wonderful and a pleasure to be around. i feel that everyone went the "extra" every single day from planning to a beautifully finished yard. josh landscape is an exceptional company.

Josh’s did an amazing job building our pergola and deck. Everyone was great to work with. Kyle was able to design our pergola and bring my vision to life! So happy with their work we are using them again for hard scape and a cabana!

We approached Josh Landscape about designing and creating a front and back landscape for our newly built home. We were connected with Kyle Stevens who is one of their in-house designers. Kyle was wonderful to work with. He visited with us at our home while listening to our likes and dislikes. At the end of the day we didn't give him much to go on. However, what he delivered from a design perspective was awesome! It was something we could have never dreamed of, but somehow it aligned with our taste and home design perfectly. We literally made no changes to his design. We cannot wait until we are able to move forward and bring the entire design plan to life!
