BUYER BEWARE! Matt was hired to weed, edge, and mulch. Weeding was virtually nonexistent, edging was absolutely nonexistent, and garbage mulch was used. My guess is Matt picked up some Scott’s mulch on sale at the Home Depot and charged a premium. If you do hire Matt, be certain you can be home to babysit while the “work” is being done.

Matt did the heavy work in my new landscaping in front of house. They removed a brick flower box attached to the house and cut out the new landscape design and prepared the soil for new plantings. He also repaired my front lawn when National fuel dug it up for new lines and moving the meter. Every bit of the work was done promptly, and professionally. Matt even returned a few times after completion of the project to check on on the grass and the new plantings. I am so satisfied with his work that I am hiring him again to complete the landscaping preparation on the side of my house. Im not bothering to get other estimates because I know the job will be done right by Matt. Hard working people.

Friendly and listened to our request. Did a wonderful job. We have had work done on our front garden before. I have to say they are the best!!!

Would not recommend this lawn care company at all. We’re on the 6th mow of the season and my yard still looks terrible. Every time they leave, the yard is covered in wet grass clumps and looks sloppy. Not once did they offer to bag the clippings or even do a second pass to clean it up until I finally called and complained. It should not take SIX visits for a yard to still look this bad. Ive addressed missed areas several times for them just to keep re getting missed. Takes them 15-20 min to mow at most which would be fine if my yard was done properly and correctly but it never was. I would have to clean up after they left Everytime.

What’s even worse is the owner would rather argue and get defensive than actually address the poor quality of work. Instead of listening to customer concerns and feedback, he comes off pushy and argumentative.

They also constantly show up at the worst possible times, even during downpours, which just makes the mess even worse. Beware, especially if you’re a younger couple or women dealing with this company alone — the communication style can feel very aggressive and uncomfortable.

For the money being charged, the service and professionalism are nowhere near acceptable. Save yourself the headache.
