Not only did they arrive on time, but they also completed the job quickly and efficiently. The results were excellent—my couch looks brand new! Booking was very easy via text with Daniel, and our technician Almaz arrived promptly and worked super fast. We have a boucle armchair we purchased from a vintage shop and they cleaned it at our home in under an hour. Great service!

Amazing work! Fabric L shape couch from IKEA I've had for years. Was showing stains and I was concerned of odor as well. It looked nearly brand new after the treatments/cleaning and smelled incredible as well. Will definitely use this service again in the future.

Great experience from start to finish. I put in a request to get a quote for cleaning my mattress at around 11pm not expecting to get a response until the next day but within 5 minutes I received a message discussing my request and had an appointment set up right away. The guy who came was very professional and did an awesome job leaving my mattress looking like it did when I first got it. The whole process was simple and the prices were fair. Safe to say if I need anything else done I will be using their service again!

Contact this business because there was a fire in my building and most of my stuff were significantly affected by smoke. Sent them an image of my sofa and asked for a quote that I can submit to my insurance to have it properly cleaned since I have a small child and don’t want to jeopardize her health. They kept sending me a price list. How is a price list a quote tailed to my needs? I emphasized several times that I cannot submit a price list to an insurance company. It has to be more specific. The rep was very inconsiderate and kept sending the price list. At a stressful time like this you would expect service providers to genuinely show that they care or at least try to accommodate prospective customers. Didn’t receive that from this business at all.

Edit: Your response shows the type of business you guys are, reiterating my initial review. No empathy, no accountability no consideration. And just so you know, Google will NEVER remove this review because it was an authentic one describing the CUSTOMER service. Have a good day.

Wow - I was so impressed by the service!! My rug looks SO much better. I have a cute dog but a naughty dog and they were able to get out all of his stains. Would highly recommend!

Eric did a great job on my mattresses and box springs! He did it efficiently and quickly in about an hour and made a great difference and saved me from having to buy new mattresses! This was completely worth it !

I have a destroyer (5 yr old active boy) that loves to draw, eat and make juice spills everyday ( see picture) ...I thought I had to throw my $1500- year old sofa away. Thanks to Lasha I don't! If you have destroyers at home or just need a deep clean and need it done the right way, I highly recommend!! ..

This week I had them come out to my apartment to get a lot of blood out of my expensive, hand made wool area rug. They had to 2 cleanings to get it all out, and they did. They were honest, reliable and very communicative. Great follow up as well . I highly recommend them!

My couch looks amazing. I wasn’t home when the service was done but my husband was. He said the water was brown coming out of our couch 🤮. To think I was cleaning my couch with a green machine whenever our dog had accidents or something spilled on it. Definitely worth it! My couch looks and smells brand new. Thank you!
