We won't do home repairs with anyone else! I never write reviews, but felt compelled to share what an excellent experience we had. There's a reason Haseeb has so many five star reviews--he is totally committed to customer satisfaction. He quoted me a price and then did extra work above and beyond what we agreed to. (We agreed to the front windows and front roof, he did that back windows and the back roof too! And patched the concrete between some of our bricks.) He checked back in less than a week later to make sure I was totally satisfied. He's the best. We are new to the neighborhood and grateful to find a professional we can trust and enjoy working with.

I highly recommend Chand Construction. This amazing company has been a huge blessing and an invaluable asset to my family. Our landmark brownstone in Stuyvesant Heights, Bklyn, experienced a severe flood due to a faulty sprinkler at midnight the President, Haseeb responded to our call of panic; he came to comfort us and to express that he could provide outstanding support and skilled assistance to restore our home. It was our first meeting, and I was impressed with his knowledge, experience, wisdom, and compassion. He was confidently hired on the spot. And by 9AM, the next day, he brought his team of skilled workers, plumbers, carpenters, and electricians to commence the project. They restored walls, ceilings, flooring, and installed new kitchens and bathrooms- outstanding! Brownstone Agency was the A+ insurance company, and Haseeb, President of Chand Construction Claims, was fantastic. Haseeb delivered high-quality work, grace, and gentleness with our home’s architectural details. I was honored and humbled to have them because they exhibited behaviors as a “dream team”. It was a four month journey for completion and during that time there were demolition, continuous construction repairs, installation of a fabulous new kitchen, renovated a 2nd kitchen, and installed two new and beautiful bathrooms, their daily cleanup was exemplary- quite remarkable! Haseeb was available ( text, email, phone) and was on site frequently. The Chand Construction team lessoned the pain of our devastation, and we’re very grateful for them. Our historic home is restored in an elegant fashion. Also, special acknowledgment goes to Shafique’s Project Manager, Shafique, and Haseeb smartly supported us in navigating our insurance company to secure adequate funds for restoration, temporary housing, and personal property losses. That’s been a major victory. Thanks to Chand Construction for a model organization that provides fantastic services, support, and superior quality work. I contacted Haseeb at Chand construction because we were in need of a new roof and to repair my ceiling due to rain damage. Haseeb was very responsive and came to my house that same day. He provided me with a quote, which was very reasonable and fair. Him and his team got to work right away and completed the roof in 1 day!! Great communication throught the process. Haseeb from Chand Construction started construction on our home September and ended at the beginning of December. He removed the shingles and added new plywood and re-shingled the roof. His team painted the whole house and put up new PVC fencing. They also dug up around the house and waterproofed the walls. All around the house was done in paver and the front was bricked and the stairs were done with steel railings. The basement was dug up, repaved, and tiled. The walls were stucco. Blast wall was built around the furnace room. The top floor and attic were all done. Haseeb and his employees are very respectful, polite, and always punctual. They started work at 8 am and by 8:01 work started. The cost was expensive but the work was well done.

Haseeb and his team are very professional and hard working. They did concrete around our home which came out beautifully. They converted our bath tub into a stand in shower. Chand Construction, Haseeb and his team did a wonderful job renovating my kitchen and living room over the summer! A bit of backstory: my partner and I purchased a co-op apartment and became homeowners for the first time (yay!). We wanted to make some changes and needed to hire a contractor, but we had no experience with this before. After meeting with several contractors and being disappointed in one way or another, I was losing hope that I'd find someone suitable for the job and who also fit our budget.

Then, a friend recommended Chand Construction to me. My partner and I met with Haseeb and discussed timeline and pricing; we finally found someone who fit the bill! But of course, what matters most is can they get the job done well? Fast forward and the team definitely delivered. Haseeb helped us get the necessary documents/permits to get started, and the project was completed within the estimated timeframe. There were a few minor details that needed some attention afterwards, but Haseeb was easy to reach and communicative, and his crew came back to fix them and always offered additional help should we need it. It's been several months since then and their work has held up nicely. My partner and I have been enjoying living in our first home together. Thank you guys again!
