Sunny and his team are awesome. They are pleasant, flexible, energetic and caring.
They installed a new Burnham Steammax boiler ,a new radiator, a smart thermostat with sensors and replaced several radiator valves and vents through out my 2 family townhouse.
Everything went well and working great.

I am extremely impressed with the outstanding work done by A-Rai in fixing my old boiler. Not only did they efficiently resolve the issue with my boiler, but they also expertly tackled an electrical problem that was hindering its smooth functioning. Their communication throughout the process was exemplary, keeping me informed and updated at every step. Moreover, their pricing was fair and reasonable, making the entire experience hassle-free. To say that I am happy that I chose A-Rai Construction to help with our basement heating issues is an understatement. Try thrilled! Sunny and his work partner,Jagdeep, were very thorough with their assessment of the issue. Sunny first asked for pictures and asked me questions to see if perhaps the situation was easily fixable with something that I could do. Upon further questioning, he realized that he needed to investigate further. He and Jagdeep were professional, polite, kept me up to date about when they would arrive, and knowledgeable(explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done). They provided boiler maintenance and a pump replacement and relocation. A job that was well done! A-Rai knows their stuff! I have another project that needs tending to and I will definitely hire them again and refer them to family and friends!

Highly recommended- first time home owner with heating issues and no knowledge of the radiator or boiler. We had a lukewarm radiator with a single digit temperature outside, Sunny reached out right away and was able to guide us through diagnostic with pictures, calls and prompt service call the next morning to isolate the issue. Sunny and his team kept us updated at each stage, given I wasn’t onsite, he was able to provide pictures of what needed to be service and priced quotes very promptly. They are also able to work on pricing and provide 2 year warranty and service.

I rented one if their houses all they did was wake me up at 7 in the morning everyday to go fix the boilers in the basement but they wouldn't stop this older woman and her boyfriend from using drugs and getting me sick landlord never spoke to them and they let their workers almost break into my apartment and I got Removed because it was in Bad shape it was a nightmare!! Close this place down
