From start to finish A Rai Constructions was professional and took time to explain everything to me while asking me all of the important questions. They also helped me with planning for future upgrades I’ve been thinking about for years. TOP TIER SERVICE!!!

We are very happy to finally have hot water after two days without it , on a snowy freezing weekend in NY. We chose them not only because the price for installation was fair but because of the glowing review we read about them .
Sunny and his team were friendly , knowledgable, and professional .They gave us the service they promised. Our old heater was removed , they picked up a new AO Smith 50 gallon heater, from the plumbing store and installed it within 2/12 to 3 hour time frame promised . New pipe connections from the heater tank were installed quickly , throughly and looked neat and sturdy . Forty minutes after installation, we had hot water . 👏👏👏
When the job was done, they left our boiler /heater room clean .Sunny answered questions we made about warranty and maintenance of the new water heater tank .
We will definitely recommend this group to everyone that needs new water heater installation or repair. The experience was of great satisfaction . You will not regret it

This company is very professional and reliable. When I called and received my estimate the work was completed in a few hours. My hot water heater was replaced and my Mom had hot water again. I would definitely used them again. Sunnie was awesome and stayed in communication with me and what was going on with the job and when it was completed. Thank you for doing a great job !!

Very professional and courteous in finding a solution. We did spend some time to diagnose the issue and was ultimately able to get circulator to work again. Would highly recommend if you need HVAC work done. 👍

Needed an anode rod replaced, they offered the lowest price of any estiamte, was transparent about the risks / costs, flexible on timing, here when he said he would be, and got the job done quick. Would go to these guys for other work in the future.

A-Rai did a great job. Our old water heater sprang a leak and it had to be replaced. Sunny and his team responded very quickly and provided a competitive quote. They managed to fit us in on the same day, and worked until late installing a new one. Everything went smoothly, and when they were done they removed the old water heater. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

We had an issue with our water boiler and we didn't have hot water running for a long time. Even though it was a Saturday evening, I appreciate that Jagdeep still came over to our house to try to inspect the issue. He was punctual, very polite, and knowledgeable. A huge thank you to him for installing a new water boiler for us and getting rid of the old one! I'm so happy to finally have our hot water running once again. I had to replace the water heater. Sunny came by to give me an estimate and was very thorough with his explanation on my options and explained what he would do if he got the job.

Throughout the entire process he was communicative and gave me updates. On the day of he came by with one of his workmen and installed the water tank, he gave me tips on how to maintain the tank in between yearly inspections and he followed up a few times after the job was completed to see how everything was going.

He pay me a house visit on the same day to check on my boiler. He educated me on how to properly check and maintain the boiler. He followed up with me the next day to check on the boiler maintenance. His price is beyond reasonable with excellent service. He is definitely a great referral and someone to keep for future use.

Sunny responded quickly and was able to get my boiler running again. Polite and professional. Shared a few tips before he left. Will definitely reach out to him again if in need of more repairs.
