Javier and his team from Elite Home Remodels did an excellent job. They installed laminate flooring in the living and dining rooms, repaired and refinished the steps, and repaired a wall in the living room. The team also painted the entire room, removed a large old mirror, and added insulation to the wall.

Javier is very organized and has a skilled professional for each aspect of the work. The crew was punctual, clean, and efficient throughout the entire project. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were impressive.

I highly recommend Elite Home Remodels and will definitely use their services again. Thank you Javier, for providing my mother with peace of mind. We are extremely satisfied with the results.

I have never worked with someone as professional as Marlon of Home Improvement Solutions. He is the most punctual technician, and his work on my apartment is outstanding. So often, technicians will give a vague arrival time and then come hours outside of the window. When Marlon says he will be here at 9am, he is here at 9am. It is such a blessing to know I can count on him.

My building’s management is crap, so I was so pleasantly surprised that once I was finally put in touch with Marlon, he fixed all 3 different electrical problems in my apartment in less than a day. We recently used Lian construction group to re buff floors and paint our apartment. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt despite having ongoing issues with the process and the team. The final straw however was when we realized that one of our walls in the kitchen was only partially painted such that it stains with only water being applied to it. We let Ilan know about the issue and he denied it being his fault and then stopped replying all together. He said that the stains were due to a “chemical” the cleaning company used despite us not having had any sort of cleaning company come in and me explaining this was from me applying water. I offered to show him a video of what was happening, asked if he wanted to come see it, and still got no response.

This was the culmination of an unpleasant and bad experience working this company. Please do not make the same mistake I did in trusting them.

We hired Liam construction to renovate our apartment on the Upper East Side. The work included: complete kitchen renovation, electrical wiring, fitting of bathroom accessories, construction of built in closet, painting of the apartment and polishing of the wooden floor. Eli and his staff are very professional and pleasant to deal with. Eli advised us on the best solutions without imposing on us. He took us to a lot of showrooms to select the tiles, paint, bathroom accessories, etc until we found what we like.
