I live in a condo and my dryer is stacked on top of my washer and installed in a tight closet-sized room. I needed to repair the vent to the dryer and used Air Vent Medics. They were very professional and prompt, and got everything fixed quickly and safely. They checked and double checked that everything was working correctly. I also especially appreciated that they were willing to answer all the questions I had about dryer ventilation.

I recently used Air Vent Medics to clean my Dryer vents and I’m happy at how effective it was! My dryer was taking longer to dry clothes and removing the lint buildup was not an easy task for me. Fortunately this company helped me solve the problem and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to keep their dryer in top condition!

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star. First off Technician texted and said they will update me once in route which they never did. Next the technician over counted how much vents I have. I had to go and literally pointed out it was 8 vents not 11. Kept insisting it was 11 vents. Next he kept pushing me to clean out my intake vent which was sealed off and decommissioned due to an updated system I installed. I am dissatisfied with the overall service. There is still alot of dust within the duct system. They never used a rotor brush nor a ram air system like he suggested over the phone, they just used a compressor and a vacuum which blowed dust alover my home. I payed so much and did not get the service deserved.

AirVent medics service was on point, very knowledgeable about why my dryers units where clogged and they were ably to clear 2 unity with in 1 hour.

Air Vent Medics were able to squeeze me in pretty quick so my vent could get cleared and I could get doing my laundry before it piled up. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. I have a long dryer duct, about 25 feet and it has a couple of turns and not easy to clean. Jules from Air Vent Medics is very knowledgeable and keep me informed along all the steps. Very professional and efficient in his work and get the results I need. Now my dryer is running like new.
