We used Jules to fix a problem with our dryer vent. He correctly diagnosed the likely problem on the phone and came the same day to fix it. He was extremely knowledgeable and patiently explained what needed to be done - and proceeded to clear the blockage without drama. Dryer worked perfectly once they were done and Jules explained what we should do to avoid a repeat. We are very satisfied with the service provided and would use them again if we needed to.

I’ve had Jules and Carl at my building twice to clean the HVAC ducts, it’s old and there was never any maintenance done. Both times were great experiences. The work is very dirty but the guys are professional and make every effort to not only get the job done, but done well. The air quality is noticeably improved even before they leave the building. I would highly recommend giving them a call if your HVAC needs servicing.

Jules response very quickly to my request that was made through the super in my building. He set up a convenient time to service our dryer. The team came exactly when they said they would and efficiently cleaned the dryer vent which had not been serviced since installation 14 years ago. Jukes also saw that the vent had not been installed properly and recommended what should be done to make the dryer and the venting for it safer. Again - a quick service appointment made, they came exactly on time and they efficiently handled the installation.

We were very happy with our experience with Air Vent Medics. We had not cleared our dryer vent in over three years. The last vendor we used was unable to clear our vents because of a poor installation that makes it difficult to access the vent, as well as a change in diameter and pitch of the vent that was causing lint to be trapped in the middle of a long run. We called Jules because there was a burning smell coming from the dryer. He was incredibly responsive and arrived within two hours of our initial outreach. He and his partner Carl were thorough and determined to get our vents cleared which they did utilizing multiple approaches. They were also kind, sincere, and explained what they were doing throughout the process Jules followed up the next day with advice on what fixes we could make in the future. Highly recommend! .

It was a very tight space to work in but Carl is very agile and was able to handle the job. I couldn’t believe how much lint had accumulated in the vent. Would highly recommend this company.
