warning -I hire jack the owner he did half job and ask for full amount didn't answer the phone and put lien on the property he have bad attitude and try take advantage on u stay away from him and his company save your money and the headache

I called for a licensed plumber to put in a water meter, they said it’s a different department someone will call me back. I checked in a number of times and never got a call back. And somehow I was called rude refused to do work for me and hung the phone up on me. All the time they strung me along that someone would get back to me.

Incompetent. Cannot take the time to give a customer a basic explanation about why a job cannot be finalized and call the architect. 3 months trying to get a basic explanation for my renovation I called another plumber and got an answer in less than 5 minutes. Also had to call another plumber to explain to them how to do something in DOB Now system. Stay away from them. If I had hired them myself I’d be suing them to supersede the job and make them pay for another plumber to finish it.

Called them and scheduled appointment for a repair. Someone was supposed to be there at 10 AM. I called at 11 and he said he was on the way, called again at 12:30 and same story. Waited until 2 PM and still no show.
Very unprofessional. If they couldn't keep the appointment it would have been better to let me know from the start rather than have me wait for no reason.

I used this company for many years until I sold my house last year. They installed and maintained my boiler and hot water tank. The owner would always show up for emergencies.The owner and his workers are all efficient and knowledgeable.
I will use this company again. They are highly recommended.

This commpany helped me when i needed them the most. During the coldest part of winter in February, my heat was turned off because we had a gas leak and Nat'l Grid said pipes had to be replaced. Rock E Smaill was highly recommend. I am so glad i chose them. They were professional, efficient, reasonable and fast. I highly recommend them.

I had a leaking radiator in my basement. Other contractors came and wanted to break down the whole wall. Tavella sent Richard and a younger fellow for an assessment. Richard is a big guy, very customer service oriented and catered to all my questions. He was very informative and gave me options for replacement. I was also fortunate to have Richard and his parter Ben who replaced the elements with the utmost care to my property. Thank you, Richard, Ben, and Tavella.

Extremely professional and clean work

Be careful if you hire this company for violation removal, althought i paid him 4,000 to remove the violations, and he brought an inspector to my resident and he approved everything, it still shows the violation on the system years later, i found out he ever got the permits to do the job, and he is telling me that i was supposed go and tell them that it was removed, when he actually brought an inspector with him.
