Extremely professional crews that take close attention to detail. A well run Family owned business that know how to take care of their customers in every way. My house has never looked better from a quality power wash and my windows are shining like when they were first installed. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone! I will be having them back annually as they offer routine cleanings!

Great family owned business! Did an outstanding job making my windows crystal clear. They also power washed the siding on my house. It is white siding which shows all of the dirt and it looked like new siding when they were finished. I had them come back a different time and had them power wash my driveway and back patio, and once again they did another great job! Will keep them in contact for the future. 10/10 would recommend affordable services of Buffalo to any home owner around the Buffalo area.

Just had my windows cleaned by Affordable Window Cleaning, Inc. We have used their services in the past. As always, they were kind, respectful, and polite. More importantly, they did a wonderful job. The windows are so clean, it's amazing. I highly recommend them. Will use them again, and also for powerwashing! Many thanks to Brandon and his Dad for their very professional work!

I have used Affordable Window Cleaning for many years. They just left my house after washing the windows and screens, and power washing my house and shed. Everything sparkles now. If you have never had your windows professionally washed before, call them now! It makes such a difference!
Also, the owner and his grandsons are nice, down to earth, honest people. You can trust them to do a wonderful job every time.
I never write reviews such as this, but they are an exceptional family. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I am the person that loves to read reviews but doesn’t write many. However I could NOT not comment on how pleased I was with Affordable Window cleaning. From the kind grandfather who took my call to his courteous grandsons who came to the house- they were a pleasure to work with, did an exceptional job, and were less costly than 3 other places I called. Will never use anyone else!!!

I recently bought a new house and wanted to get the floors done . Called Bob and a couple days later Ken got started and did a fantastic job! Between the communication, being on time and being pleasant overall to work with I would recommend them to anyone.

This morning Brandon and his team came to power wash my windows, house and outdoor pergola. As usual, this family run business did not disappoint. I wish I would have taken a before pic as there was soo much mold from the hot tub. It is night and day. This is the fourth year I have had Affordable Services of Buffalo provide their service. They are top notch AND affordable. 100 percent recommend.

We worked with Affordable Floors last August to refinish the hardwood floors in our house, which sadly ended up in worse condition. The owner and crew were polite and professional, but we wouldn’t recommend them for refinishing old floors.

Our hardwood floors are old, original to the house and have previously been refinished. There had dark scratches and stains, and a majority of face nails are visible, some of which oxidized and turned black.

We had Affordable Floors and another contractor come out for estimates. We originally planned to work with the other contractor, but he ultimately didn’t recommended refinishing. His opinion was the floors had been sanded down/damaged too much already and would get worse and start splintering if done again.

We called Affordable Floors back and they assured us they had the right tools and expertise to do the job. We trusted the owner’s opinion that the type of sander they used was capable of refinishing old floors like ours without further damage. The crew replace a few damaged boards by our entry door before sanding and refinishing the entire first floor and stair landing. They notified us immediately after causing minor damage to a corner of painted baseboard while working, and finished the job with 3 coats of stain.

We did a quick walkthrough upon finish and felt satisfied upon seeing the majority of dark stains/scratches were buffed out. One stain and the black spots from the oxidized nails were not able to be removed, which they pointed out directly. We took extra caution and care with the floors from then on to ensure we didn’t damage their work, but began finding new issues. Some areas were sanded unevenly, resulting in circular marks embedded into the wood that are rough and textured. There are other spots with hardened, dried bubbles where the stain was applied unevenly. The boards they replaced creak and move when walked on. Many of the visible face nails are now warped from getting sanded down too far.

There are now multiple rows of boards that are splintered and have large gouges. Splintering and deterioration has continued to occur, and we have to be even more cautious walking in these areas to avoid foot splinters and injuries. We paid over $3k for Affordable Flooring’s work, and now have to pay more to repair and resolve issues we didn’t have prior to refinishing.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and unacceptable service I received from this window company. From beginning to end, the entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and completely avoidable.

It started with the person answering the phone, Bob, to schedule the appointment. The man I spoke with was miserable, short, and clearly irritated to even be taking the call. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, he acted as though I was inconveniencing him by trying to give the company business. Basic courtesy and professionalism were entirely absent.

Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. The worker assigned to my project was consistently late — not by a few minutes, but by hours — without so much as a courtesy call or reasonable explanation. When he did finally show up, he repeatedly disappeared throughout the day. There were long stretches where absolutely no work was being done, leaving me wondering whether the job would ever be completed. It felt incredibly disrespectful to my time and my home.

The worker appeared lazy, disengaged, and uninterested in doing the job properly. There was no sense of urgency, accountability, or pride in the work. Not to mention his appearance was just sloppy.

A company that values its customers should never tolerate this level of poor attitude, incompetence, and disregard.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. Professionalism, reliability, and even basic customer service seem to be severely lacking.

I recently used this service as we had a party and what a beautiful job they did. It truly made the house look so nice. The workers were very nice and just did a fantastic job on these windows, they are sparking. I wish I would of uploading pictures. I don't write a ton of reviews but this is one I just had to. Our yard needed a lot of work after we had a pool installed. Alliance came up with a great design to give us some added privacy. Travis and Nick were extremely responsive and polite. They and their team showed up on time, cleaned up after their day and got the work done in a timely fashion. We couldn't speak highly enough of Alliance.

Would highly recommend working with Travis and his company. They are very efficient and professional. Colin and his crew did a great job and we are very happy with how the landscaping looks! Definitely book them, you won’t regret it!!

Today I was snowblowing for my sister in law who is 7 months pregnant. She needed to get to her doctors appointment. Travis and Nick stopped and helped me plow her out of her appointment. They saw me struggling and wanted to help out of the kindness of their heart. Super impressive and would highly recommend for anyone looking for plow service. These are the local businesses our community should look to support.

Nick and Travis have done another superb job on our landscaping. They are well organized, from estimate to final product-everything looked fantastic. We highly recommend.

Travis and Jack did a great job planting the two evergreens we purchased, They had a pretty tough job because of the roots from a large maple tree which made the job take much longer than normal
and I didn’t hear one negative word from them. The job came out perfect and they were very professional and courteous. I have had quite a few people work at my home and these guys I would definitely highly recommend. Great job Travis, and thanks.

Travis and Nick recently installed a retaining wall in the front of our home. The finished wall was gorgeous! I couldn’t be more pleased! It elevates the appearance of the entire house! They did an amazing job for a fair price! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful and quality workmanship!

Alliance Landscapes is fantastic and professional. They designed and installed a whole new landscaping layout for my house. It looks fresh and modern. During the whole process, they expertly answered my questions and concerns. They provided me with digital design drawings to help visualize the plans.

Travis and Nick and crew were top notch! They were extremely good communicators who responded promptly, they were diligent in their work and just great people to work with. The yard looked better than any other crew has ever done. We will be using them for years to come. My only hesitation in leaving a good review is that the secret will be out and they will be impossible to book 😛. Great great team.
