First time using 5 star the worker did a awesome job very professional job

They did an amazing job they were on time did everything I told them to I would most definitely call them again

Extremely unprofessional. They always make a mess while cutting grass and do not clean it up, unless asked. Poor way to run a business.

We have had an issue with them leaving a mess in our driveway all year long. Have asked them multiple times to please clean up. They only clean up when we ask. We shouldn't have to ask each week. It is common courtesy, that if you're making a mess on someone else's property, you should clean it up.

Approached the "owner" again today. His reply was, "all you have to do is ask". Which he has been asked personally before.

By far the best landscaping contractor in the WNY area. Great rates and they do excellent work. I got a referral from my real estate agent to give them a call. She has been working with 5 star for a few months now and praised their services. When I called, they are very responsive and came out quickly for a estimate. I ended up going with them and was so grateful I did. I would recommend them to anyone. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

5 Star Plowing and Landscaping did an amazing job on my front flower beds!! They expanded the flowerbeds, trimmed all the bushes/trees, weeded, preened, edged everything for a natural look, edged the rest of my yard, sidewalk, driveway, walkway, and cleaned up. I couldn’t be happier with the friendly crew, knowledge, and meticulous work. I would highly recommend them!!

The crew at 5 Star Plowing & Landscaping were amazing to work with from start to finish. They listened to what I was looking to have done, made recommendations based on what I wanted and what they thought would work best. The job was completed perfectly. My expectations were exceeded and I would recommend them for any landscaping needs! So friendly and professional!

Like a lot of people in the Southtowns, I had far too much snow (November 2022 storm) for a small snowblower to handle, so I needed professional help.

I called and left a voicemail around 9am.

Got a callback an hour or so later from the office.

Within 6 hours, they had someone down to check out the situation. My driveway was so blocked that a normal plow truck couldn't handle the job.

Thankfully, they also have heavier equipment for this and they dispatched a truck with a Bobcat loader within 2 hours.

After being plowed in for 6 days, they had me cleared out in less than 25 minutes.

The operator (Dean) was a pro with his equipment and did his best to work around landscape features to minimize the risk of damaging any trees or shrubs.

The customer service was excellent. They showed up on time, did their thing and left me with very little to clean up by hand.

All in all, a really quality job - especially since I was a first time customer calling them during a major snow event.

They weren't the cheapest option, but I still think that the value for price was reasonable under the circumstances.

5 star review for being courteous, prompt and professional under some very difficult conditions.
