Tree reviews in Lackawanna, New York

I recently needed to have two trees trimmed back that were growing in my neighbors yard but overhanging substantially into mine leaving a mess of leaves and tree debris in my yard and pool. I contacted Tree Works of WNY for an estimate. My main concern was that the yard is fenced so I needed a company that had equipment to accommodate that. Jason came out for the estimate and confidently acknowledged that he could handle that and gave me what I thought was a great price. The most important thing though was that shortly after that day he had an equipment failure- the one they needed for my yard-and he could have just called and cancelled the job. But he and Alison both stayed in touch and kept me up to date on what was happening with the equipment. Customer service is huge for me so I appreciated the feedback and how nice they both were. I was glad to wait simply because of that. Jason came today and my yard looks great. He and his team did an awesome job and I would absolutely recommend Tree Works of WNY for any of your tree-cutting needs. They're an excellent company to work with!!

These days you don't expect things to go right but Tree Works of WNY exceeded our expectations. They worked like a well-oiled machine, everyone working as a team and knew what needed to be done. Had a large red maple taken down and a white pine trimmed and everything went great. They work fast, efficiently and excellent clean up. Highly recommend them.

Jay and his crew took down some massive trees in our backyard... they did an exceptional job, and took really good care of our yard and surrounding trees in that area as well. I'd recommended them time and time again for any of your tree removal needs!

Over the winter we had a massive tree come down in the wind storm. I did my best to cut what I could but the trunk was just too much for my chainsaw to handle. I had multiple guys come out and give estimates. Tree Works turned out to be the most fair considering the amount of work needing to he done. In one day they showed up with all their equipment, finished cutting the rest of the tree and then used their bobcat to haul it out of our yard. They then did some stump grinding before leveling out the ground and cleaning up all that remained on the ground. The before and after is crazy to see. I’ll definitely call Jason when needed and refer him and the company to all my family and friends in need of tree services. You won’t go wrong calling Tree Works of WNY.

It was a pleasure to have Tree Works of WNY help us with branches very high with their amazing ability and equipment. Jason was easy to do business with, fair and he and his employees cleaned up our yard when they were done. We love our big old trees and we are very pleased with the work they did for us! Thank you Tree Works of WNY!!

Tree Works is fantastic! I saw what a great job they did at my job so we hired them to remove a 50+ year old tree at our home. Communication, price, removal and clean up was excellent. The crew is very efficient. Highly recommend!

Outstanding job! Large tree trimming project around the entire house. They have both the tools and the know how necessary to be successful. The canopy looks manicured. Polite and trustworthy. Can not recommend more!
