Constraction reviews in Lancaster, New York

Excellent work!! Very hard working crew. Clean up after was great. Kept to their schedule. Price was better than others. We highly recommend Zeolla Construction.

Emilio and Co. did a great job on my new driveway, working to my requests and around my schedule. Quick, efficient and the result looks great. Highly recommended.

Professional team determined to meet all your needs. They made suggestions to enhance the appearance and stability of our new and vastly improved back yard. I highly recommend them for all your concrete needs.

Emilio did an awesome job on my concrete pad. He is very professional and easy to work with. He is very meticulous with his work. I wouldn't hesitate hiring him for any job.

My husband and I were in the market for a patio and a pad for our shed for our new home and Emilio and his crew were a great find! Very responsive, professional, competitive pricing and timely. I highly recommend them to everyone in need of concrete work.

Zeolla Construction just did a 16 x 32 concrete patio and extended my drive way. I could not be happier with the final results. They worked with me on last minute changes and provided incredible workmanship at a fair price. I will be using them again on future projects and highly recommend them.

I have used Zeolla for several projects and I would highly recommend their services. Emilio and the team are fantastic to work with.

Emilio went above and beyond in helping me troubleshoot a tricky situation with a failing existing foundation. In addition to the original scope of replacing the driveway and pouring an exposed aggregate porch, he demo'd the existing foundation, excavated, poured new footings, installed a block foundation wall and finished it off with an amazing exposed aggregate cap.

In addition to the above, they installed a new brushed concrete driveway and an additional exposed aggregate porch cap.

The finish work is absolutely perfect. The entire team operates with a level of professionalism and commitment to quality that is rare in the industry.

I'm looking forward to more projects with Zeolla!

I had an extension to my driveway, shed pad and patio poured. From first contact to finish Emilio was very responsive and his team did great work. Will be recommending Zeolla to anyone looking for concrete work.

Emilio and crew did a fantastic job on our driveway and walkway. Emilio is very good at communicating, which made the whole process just easy. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!

Emilio & his crew did a wonderful job on my old, cracked driveway. Very responsive from start to finish. I was kept in the loop the entire time. I now have a beautiful driveway. I have already recommended this company to my daughter & I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very responsible & very professional

My wife and I were pleased from start to finish with Emilio and his crew. Just got home from a wedding out of town to our beautiful driveway. Been waiting for years for this to happen. We researched and watched newly poured driveways and happy we went with Zeolla. Thank you to these men for their hard work and professionalism.

We had a pad poured for our hot tub, extended our driveway a bit and a pad poured for our grill. The guys were amazing. It's beautifully done and they had our area cleaned up as if no one was ever here. They left no mess. They were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend them

I had waited 30 years to be able to afford to replace my old, broken down blacktop driveway. Zeolla put in two driveways and a sidewalk to the garage all at a very affordable price. When it rains the water flows where it's supposed to and there are no puddles anywhere. The whole crew is friendly, professional and easy to get along with. I'm very happy with the whole job.

Thanks to Emilio and his team for doing an outstanding job on my driveway, sidewalks and patio. They completed timely even though the weather wasn’t always cooperative. Emilio kept me updated and took the time to explain to me the process and next steps. All looks great!

We trusted Emilio with what I called my "third child". Him and his crew did not disappoint. We had a rather large driveway, side pad and rear walkway poured. Emilio is passionate about his work and pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend.

In short; this family run business is friendly, efficient, and does excellent work. They have now completed 2 sizable jobs for me. Throughout the process the communication was excellent. I always knew what was going on, when it was happening, and what the next step was. The entire crew was very understanding, and willing to answer my myriad of questions leading up to, and during the job. They inspire confidence, and I was consistently sure that the jobs were being completed to very high standards. Every crew member treats you as if you were an old friend, and I was always very comfortable having them work at my home, and around my family. Finally, their work is extremely high quality. The perfectionism and close attention to detail leaves a shining example of a job well done. They will tell you right away that they are "not the cheapest" but having gotten several quotes for each job, I can say that their prices are very reasonable. Comparing that to the quality of work, Zeolla Construction is clearly a high value company for anyone in need of their services. I have since recommended them to many others, and will continue to do so.

We are so happy to share our experience with everyone that maybe considering doing business with them. To start you get treated like you’re family. The communication from start to finish and even after were just what we were looking for . A smaller company with a large impression. We are so pleased with the work we had been able to get done with them this season. Neighbors on our street were especially pleased that our street wasn’t occupied with large and noisy equipment for weeks . It only took a few days to get all the prep and finish work for our concrete to be laid down. I’m happy to mention I stand at my front door and just admire the amazing and clean work still to this day. I highly recommend working with this family owned business. They make you feel like one of their own, great advice and very knowledgeable.

We cannot remember the last time we had such exemplary service from a contractor as we've just had from Zeolla Construction. They put in a modest-sized patio in our backyard -- with a gigantic emphasis on quality. The crew was uncommonly polite, friendly, and clearly enjoying what they do so well. Amazing attention to detail. Beautiful work from the Zeolla team every step of the way. Our highest recommendation.

Excellent, friendly, professional, speedy. Very happy with my concrete patio.
Can't beat the price either! Would recommend!

Very skilled and work as a team like a finely tuned machine. Neat considerate guys who really know what they are doing. Easy to recommend to anyone. We were all very impressed with their work and their craftmanship.

Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail! My concrete job was done on the day we agreed upon and was successfully completed to my liking! Great communication and customer service! Highly recommend!
