Constraction reviews in Lancaster, New York

Emilio and Al from Zeolla Construction were fantastic to do business with! We had a colored stamped concrete porch and sidewalk installed and it looks stunning! Very professional, reasonably priced, great work ethic, and easy to work with. I could not be happier how my project turned out, now I have to dream up where else I can use more stamped concrete!

Zeolla Construction was hired to pour a concrete foundation for our upcoming home addition. From the first meeting Emilio and his team were friendly, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. He explained every step of the process, presented options for how to minimize any impact to the surrounding areas, and stuck to the schedule he communicated to us. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. I would absolutely hire Zeolla Construction again in the future.

Emilio and his Dad and crew were phenomenal from start to finish! They replaced our crumbling brick porch with a spacious stamped concrete masterpiece!! We enjoyed working with them. We would highly recommend them.

I contacted Zeolla to replace sinking sidewalk next to my garage. Even though it was a small job, I was still a priority and the job was completed within a good time frame. Their price was much better than other estimates I received. They also checked the nearby downspout drain pipe for leaks and used reinforcing rods attached to the house in order to ensure the problem doesn't occur again. Both of these were things other companies said they did not know anything about. They used a good amount of compacted stone and reinforcing wire. The job was completed with meticulous care. The owner and workers are professional, positive, attentive to questions and above all, incredibly kind. After recommending them to my neighbor for a much larger job, I can say that job was completed with just as much attention to detail and quality. They are THE company to use for concrete. Very happy customer here!

Emilio and team did a great job with a rebuild of my front porch, which included both brick and concrete. I would highly recommend them.

Emilio and his crew were awesome. Very professional and got a difficult done the right way. We are very happy with the driveway and we would highly recommend using Zeola Construction. We are very happy with the drainage work they did and the poured porch is awesome. Very nice touch!

Emilio made me and my wife's dream driveway come to fruition, we couldn't have asked for a better contractor. He and his crew pay great attention to detail and they did an amazing job for us. He always made sure we were happy with the progress as the project went on and gave us plenty of options. He kept us well informed at all times, including on how to care for my driveway and stamping for years to come. Emilio and his crew were very polite and professional.

These man Did an amazing job on my patio. They are very respectful and professional in every way. They are hard working men who get right back to you and get right on it to do a great job on your house. Thank you

Spot on every time! The Zeolla crew has now completed 4 jobs for me. This time I needed a basic stone pad to place my new shed on. Seems like a simple enough task, but it's always the details that are critical. When the delivery service dropped off the shed, they anticipated needing to level it once it was in place. Apparently they rarely encounter a perfectly level work surface. When it came off the trailer, the installer was shocked. The bubbles don't lie, perfectly level at every corner. Being able to put a 18' x 20' stone pad, completely level, on uneven ground, speaks volumes about the quality of work you can expect from Zeolla Construction. And as always, the crews are kind, respectful, and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Emilio and his crew did an excellent job on my concrete work. He did everything we asked for and completed the job very fast. My wife is very critical and she was very happy with the outcome. That makes me happy because if she’s not happy then well you know. Just to clarify I wear the pants in the house when she’s not home

Excellent job! Great estimate, work done well, great team that was thorough. The only set back was the rainy spring weather. Definitely recommend Zeolla Construction.

Emilio was a pleasure to work with. He was very cognizant of the weather and sun and took great care to make sure the final product was immaculate. Always very honest and communicative through the whole process. Cant recommend enough, go for it!

Working with Emilio and the entire Zeolla team was a pleasure, from the first meeting to the final result. Emilio immediately distinguished himself from the other options we were considering and delivered white glove service and an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. The team took the time to listen to our needs, help us visualize the best solution, educate us step by step, and ensure we were comfortable with every decision made during the project (from color to pattern to layout and beyond). The craftsmanship and attention to detail was appreciated throughout the process and is clearly evident in the final product, which is a beautiful stamped concrete patio we are thrilled to be able to enjoy for years to come. It's transformed our home and added an entirely new dimension to the way we experience our backyard. If you're thinking about having any type of concrete work done, do yourself a favor and talk to Emilio at Zeollo Construction before you make a decision; it's the wisest move you can make and one you will absolutely not regret.

Emilio and his crew do wonderful work. Emilio is very knowledgeable and there was great communication throughout the project. If you’re looking for an honest contractor and quality work, I highly recommend Zeolla Construction!

Emilio and his crew were wonderful to work with! They were very professional and suggested ways to make my concrete patio even better! I would highly recommend Zeolla Construction.

Highly recommend Zeolla Construction. Emilio and his crew were nothing more than excellent. They tore out my blacktop driveway and replaced and expanded my driveway with cement. The communications was great, the pricing more than fair, and the quality of work was definitely 5 star. The clean up and follow up after they were done was superb. Thank you Zeolla Construction.

Emilio and the crew at Zeolla Construction did an amazing job putting in our concrete patio, it turned out absolutely perfect! Working with them was the best choice we could ever have made! Emilio is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with! I would highly recommend them to anyone with concrete needs!

We reached out to Zeolla and several other contractors for concrete work, which included expanding our driveway and adding/removing concrete in our backyard after our deck was installed. Emilio was very responsive and provided us with different options in our backyard. He was very knowledgeable and had a good price point so we went with him, and we are so happy we did. He and his crew were professional, respectful, and hard working.

We ran into an issue with existing concrete that was causing water to drain into our foundation. Emilio explained various ways to resolve the issue and was able to fix it. It meant a much longer day for his crew but they put in the work with no complaints. They also installed the plate for our in-ground basketball hoop.

The end product was exactly what we wanted and looks great. We can already tell the rainwater is flowing away from the house and the family is loving that basketball hoop! Thanks to Emilio and his crew, they did great work and Emilio himself was great to work with.

Emilio and his crew did the most gorgeous stamped concrete patio off the back of my house! They also tore out a horrible sidewalk that was on the side of my garage leading up to the patio. I was blown away when I walked outside to see it. They worked til sun up and sun down to get it done in two days. They are very hard working and so professional. If you want beautiful concrete work this is who you need to call.

Emilio and his team replaced much of our hardscape including a new driveway, garage floor and walkways. Aside from their quality workmanship, I was equally impressed by their professionalism, reliability and honesty. I set the expectations pretty high and I can say without hesitation that Zeolla exceeded them. I have already recommended Zeolla and will continue to do so.

DO YOU WANT THE BEST ! Friendly, professional and attention to detail. Then you need to have your next project done by them !! Emilio has the eye and vision for the trending and cutting edge design ideas. From work on interiors and remodeling to concrete work and patios!!!! They are the best in the business!!!!!!
