Adam and Scott did a plugged drain problem. They said galvanized pipe needed to be replaced with PVC.Gave an estimate and 3 days later problem solved at a fair price.I won't hesitate to give you a gold star.

I am new to this area only 6 yrs. New to my house 4 yrs. Did not know who to call, took a leap of faith after doing lots of reading online of reviews and other companies and decided on calling Tom Gorrow Plumbing. I spoke to a lady in the Am who took my number but somehow either she heard me wrong or wrote it wrong, the plumber couldn't get through. I was simply waiting for a call back. When I didn't hear I ran some errands, to my surprise they came to my house when they couldn't get through on the phone. I was so shocked and surprised They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to reach me. So appreciated!!! we have complex piping and its a bit creative in a 125 yr old house. Both Sean and Bruce WERE AMAZING, HONEST, FAST super Knowledgeable, nice, and funny!! Great Guys!!! I am so relieved they saved my husbands blood pressure and EVEN SAVED OUR LIVES and home there was a cap missing to a gas line they took care of as well. AMAZING TEAM AMAZING PRICE!! Adam and Bruce were awesome. We suddenly didn't have water on a Sunday of a holiday week. We called and they were out first thing Monday, diagnosed the issue, and we're on it Tuesday morning. These guys are awesome! They will be my first call if we ever have issues again!

On a Saturday morning we discovered a plugged toilet. After having septic pumped it still did not drain. They recommended Gorrows so we called. Within 2hrs the service man arrived and had the problem fixed! Quoted us a price before starting and had the job done quickly. We were very thankful for the services received!

Trying to get anyone to help you with an issue is a lost cause. They keep blowing you off. They do not care. Sometimes no answer to any calls. If I could give zero stars I ABSOLUTELY would!

Would like to say don’t bother calling but they’ve disconnected their number. Paid by Batavia schools for porta potties that are absolutely disgusting! Weeks of build up in the hot weather. If this is how they handle their customers, would u hire them?

Best service I've ever had. We had a humdinger of our problem with our septic. They designed and setup everything prior to connecting us to the municipal sewer. Efficient and professional.
