Laura is extremely knowledgeable. She stepped into my yard and started telling me about the health of my trees and plants at just a glance. I am a little less knowledgeable, so I asked her to show me. She graciously took the time to point out and explain every issue that I had. I did my due diligence and asked several other tree experts to take a look. I felt like none came close to her knowledge, so I hired T&L. It didn't hurt that she actually cost a bit less too. Their work was great, the yard looks great now. Try them, you are sure to love them too.

Laura, Tom and their staff have done excellent work on our property. They show up on time, efficiently do their work and clean up the mess. Their prices are much less than the other companies we spoke with. I highly recommend T&L for any type of tree and landscape work! You can trust them!!!

T&L was super friendly, professional, and reasonably priced! Laura stopped by my house to take a look at the tree and provided me a quote. Most importantly, they only collected payment when the job was complete! I would definitely use their services again!

Laura & her crew did an exceptional job at our home. We had an extensive tree-trimming and landscaping job which required ripping out a huge older garden. Laura and her crew are extremely knowledgeable. They were professional, prompt, and thorough. The next time I need landscaping or tree-trimming--I will definitely call T&L. It was such a pleasure to do business with a team that is honest, professional, and experienced.

Laura and her efficient crew did an excellent job taking down a tree for us. They did a fantastic cleanup after felling the tree and hauled away all the debris. Laura was right there overseeing the process and participating in the cleanup. Her price was excellent, too, and we highly recommend T&L Tree and Landscape. Thanks, Laura and crew.

T&L Tree & Landscaping is a very professional and polite company. I had an emergency where trees were falling on a neighbors house and the company came out immediately the next day to take down the trees. They were very professional took down all trees, like a surgeon and cleaned up all the messes all the tree limbs leaves and everything. It was like they weren’t even there. I would recommend them to anyone.

Update as this review was from four years ago. Laura is still my go-to person whenever there is a big storm needing tree/limb work. I recently used her to remove some old stumps and plant some new trees. Great communication and the trees are thriving.

Laura and her crew at T&L did fantastic work for me. They made quick work of removing a limb that had fallen in a storm, including going high up in the tree to remove other hanging branches that might have fallen on someone below. I then had her back to trim all our trees and shrubs, and remove several smaller trees. It had been neglected for years, so it was a big job and her crew left it looking beautiful! When I needed a new tree planted, I knew just who to call. Laura gets back to me very quickly, and is always able to schedule work within a reasonable period of time. Highly recommended!!

Top notch service and communication from Laura and her team. She took the time to call while on vacation and was able to fit me in the day after giving an estimate. I also appreciated the advice on the other aspects of my landscaping, which was not part of the work being estimated. Would not hesitate to use them again!

This company wastes customers' time, does not value it's customers, and cancels appointments at the last minute cuz "the weather is nice" and other jobs are more of a priority than you as a scheduled customer.

I had called this company about a quote on some work. Instead of just giving me a ballpark quote based on description like other companies, y'all inconvenienced me by making me wait days for a scheduled in home quote. Then, 2 hours and 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment, I get cancelled, being given the reason "the weather is nice so I'm being pulled into another job, ya know?"
Ok, I will take my hundreds of dollars elsewhere then!

Stay away from ordering the Black Mulching!

I hauled salt into their yard for a couple of seasons. They're a great bunch of guys.

Twin Oaks did a fantastic job landscaping the front of my house, creating a berm with evergreens & a blue spruce, and landscaping alongside my shed. I could not be happier!

Working with Twin Oaks and Steve the designer , all the way down to the crew on site ,was easy and simple. They worked within our budget. Our front patio is beyond our wildest imagination

I inquired about a quote for a paver patio. Ellen came out on July 21st and took some measurements and we discussed what we wanted to do. She took some notes, but had no samples of pavers or even a catalog to go over options. She said that she would have a quote for us by the end of the following week which would have been July 30. No quote. I waited until Tuesday August 3rd and inquired about an update for the quote and she has yet to respond and it is August 6th. We are going with someone else. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I do not recommend this company. If this is how they handle getting a quote to someone, it does not instill confidence in their company or their work.

We had an exceptional fall clean-up done by the Twin Oaks team this morning. Eric spotted the fact that one of our young trees was leaning and needed to be straightened and restaked; Cameron gave some needed attention to a very special rose bush that is showing signs of canker, and the rest of the team was amazing in the way they tackled the pruning and the clean up. They all appear to work very well together.

Took two weeks to get an appointment. Explained that we wanted the backyard leveled and sloped to the back for drainage. The lady who came out kept wanting us to install catch basins and a French drain. She wouldn't remotely listen to what we were asking. At the end she couldn't give us a quote and said we would receive an email in 2-3 weeks later with quotes for the drains and basins. It's been a month now and still nothing. Not a professional look for a company at all.

Unprofessional and undependable after the initial site visit. Everything discussed in the site visit was ignored/changed in the contract proposal, and had to be continually corrected. After signing the contract and paying the deposit, I was ghosted for 3 weeks. At the time of the site visit, I was told we would be booking for June; I signed and paid in May and didn't hear back about scheduling for 3 weeks–and only heard back after multiple calls and emails. When they finally reached back out the date was about 2 months later than they said at the site visit, and told us it was "tentative." Would not recommend.

i can’t say enough about how amazing twin oaks is! from the moment i picked up the phone i knew i’ve chosen the right people for the job! i was so pleased with the patio that i wanted!! ellen put my vision on paper and sketched this piece of art! and when it was finally time to start the crew was absolutely wonderful!! hard workin men and kept things clean and neat!! i think steve was the man running the crew and he was excellent. answered all my questions and gave me the patio i dreamed of!! thank you again twin oaks for making my dreams come true! i would 10/10 recommend!!!

Couple years ago we hired them in the spring to put in our lawn in the back in early May. When I booked I specifically asked to not bump us in the schedule if there is a delay because we have young kids and want to enjoy the lawn all summer (there was no lawn) It rained a couple weeks so they couldn't put the lawn in the proceed to tell me they wouldn't come by until late August or September. Would never recommend.
