My old retaining wall was made of railroad ties. They needed to be replaced as they were 30+ years old. Mark recommended using these large blocks from a quarry in Canada. It provides a stable wall with a rustic look that matches our old farm house.

Mark has done a few projects for us, including a complete landscape of our backyard with steps and retaining walls, a front walkway and now a front yard landscape. Each time Mark and his crew have done an excellent job from design to finishing details. My wife and I find Mark very flexible and easy to work with. He doesn’t leave the job until you are 100% satisfied and often has his crew go beyond expectations. We highly recommend Mark for any of your landscaping needs.

Out of the many landscaping companies we could’ve chose in the greater Rochester area I decided to give this company a chance. The Owner seemed very nice over the phone as we discussed the scope of work.
What was supposed to be a simple job turned into a complete breakdown of communication on their part. They completely disregarded our concerns over the job. Rather than trying to work out a reasonable solution, they just insisted on getting paid.
I have no problem paying someone for doing a good job but when you mess up and don’t offer any reasonable solution to help fix a problem, that’s just poor customer service!

Second Look Maintenance did an absolutely wonderful.job plowing our driveway this winter and last winter. On time and highly reliable. I highly recommend them.
