We had an exceptional fall clean-up done by the Twin Oaks team this morning. Eric spotted the fact that one of our young trees was leaning and needed to be straightened and restaked; Cameron gave some needed attention to a very special rose bush that is showing signs of canker, and the rest of the team was amazing in the way they tackled the pruning and the clean up. They all appear to work very well together.

Took two weeks to get an appointment. Explained that we wanted the backyard leveled and sloped to the back for drainage. The lady who came out kept wanting us to install catch basins and a French drain. She wouldn't remotely listen to what we were asking. At the end she couldn't give us a quote and said we would receive an email in 2-3 weeks later with quotes for the drains and basins. It's been a month now and still nothing. Not a professional look for a company at all.

Unprofessional and undependable after the initial site visit. Everything discussed in the site visit was ignored/changed in the contract proposal, and had to be continually corrected. After signing the contract and paying the deposit, I was ghosted for 3 weeks. At the time of the site visit, I was told we would be booking for June; I signed and paid in May and didn't hear back about scheduling for 3 weeks–and only heard back after multiple calls and emails. When they finally reached back out the date was about 2 months later than they said at the site visit, and told us it was "tentative." Would not recommend.

i can’t say enough about how amazing twin oaks is! from the moment i picked up the phone i knew i’ve chosen the right people for the job! i was so pleased with the patio that i wanted!! ellen put my vision on paper and sketched this piece of art! and when it was finally time to start the crew was absolutely wonderful!! hard workin men and kept things clean and neat!! i think steve was the man running the crew and he was excellent. answered all my questions and gave me the patio i dreamed of!! thank you again twin oaks for making my dreams come true! i would 10/10 recommend!!!

Couple years ago we hired them in the spring to put in our lawn in the back in early May. When I booked I specifically asked to not bump us in the schedule if there is a delay because we have young kids and want to enjoy the lawn all summer (there was no lawn) It rained a couple weeks so they couldn't put the lawn in the proceed to tell me they wouldn't come by until late August or September. Would never recommend.

Twin Oaks did an excellent job on our patio and front garden they even worked around this crazy rochester weather. They were so informative and knew exactly what my husband and I wanted. They always cleaned up after a long shift and made sure we were satisfied with how things were going! Highly recommend!

We hired Twin Oaks to replace a dilapidated rock retaining wall up our hill. Steve was very responsive. The work was initially estimated for March/April, but due to staffing shortages work started end of July. Even so the office kept me updated throughout and were always helpful. The team did an excellent job and were very professional. This was no easy job and they nailed it. Highly recommend!

Every spring, Charlie and his crew come and take care of the ruts in our yard. They always know exactly what needs to be done, and over the years have helped us to fix our water drainage issues. We can't say enough good about the work that the crew at Transitions does for us.

Mark is an exterior decorator, creator, artist, landscaper, and builder for your outdoor space. He created, built, and installed beautiful landscaping, patio with sunken hot tub, walkway, fence, pergola, and lighting. If you're looking for the cheapest bargain in town don't bother. But if you]re looking for a unique, creative, and quality job then Mark is your guy. I highly recommend him based on several projects he's done over the years to beautify our outdoor space.

5 stars just aren't enough for Mark and his team!! From start to finish you could really tell he's an expert in the field. Throughout the process he had fantastic ideas, made recommendations as needed, stayed on budget and proved to be beyond knowledgeable. I'm so glad we chose Grafs with Mark because it was the best decision we could have ever made. They installed a retaining wall, regraded, planted trees and even laid a pad for a shed. We can't wait to get him back for our patio!!!!!

Great work re-sanding and pressure washing my patio and pergola!! Mark and his team installed the patio and pergola over 8 years ago and did a fantastic job. Called him back to re-sand, fix some of the pavers that sunk a little and power wash the pergola. Did a great job, looks just like new again!!
