We have lived out this way for 10 yrs and always go to Wayside. Very disappointed today. My husband went up front to ask a question about soil and the cashier was not very pleasant and acted like she did not care.
We finally found a knowledgeable employee outside that answered our simple questions. Back to Bristols we will go from now on.

Always see something new for the garden. Lots of flowers and trees ready to go. Huge variety of potted arrangements are already made up. Lots of garden decor items. They even have a friendly cat. Bulk mulch was our reason for today's visit. Getting it delivered next week.

They have a huge selection of indoor and outdoor plants and accessories. Every kind of gardening supply you could want. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I have to restrain myself when I go there as there are so many beautiful and different plants and gardening items to choose from, including a gift shop that's perfect for the plant enthusiasts in your life.

My boyfriend and I bought two large plants and were loading them into his truck. A lady that worked there, Carol, stopped us and said “I really want you to protect those for the drive home because I don’t want them to die.” She not only got us bags but also helped us wrap the plants. Great customer service!! Thank you Carol!!

I have had a great experience with wayside. First I was redoing my landscaping and the time and attention to help me pick plantings was excellent. I had 3 plants die and it seems they had a batch of plants that had an issue. No questions, no problems. They honored the warranty and gave a credit toward my replacement purchases. Again considering my options for replacement plants they were very patient and helpful in making planting decisions and planting/watering/care advice. Everyone we experience at wayside is very nice and friendly. Dan and David specifically were customer focused and helpful. I appreciated their help.

I am completely re-landscaping the front of my house and I needed to take a look at what is available in different shrubs and flowers for my new garden. I met with Ashley who took her time and showed me all of the plantings that I was interested in. She explained where they would thrive and what options I might have. This is Customer Service! Can’t wait to come back and purchase them.

My mother and I love this place. We have discovered plants we never knew existed! I bought this London Plain tree over two years ago from here. It cost $200 less than any other competitors. We love this tree!

Wayside did a fantastic job at getting me a bunch of arborvitaes and planting them to block my annoying neighbor’s deck-that he built right next to the property line overlooking my entire backyard. The planting crew lined them up perfectly, did the job quickly and left no cleanup for me. Hopefully they’ll grow nice and tall and I’ll have my privacy back in no time. Highly recommend!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at this garden center. It has it all. Also if you can't find something just ask and they'll help you with whatever you need. Some things are pricey though.

Wayside is my favorite nursery! Quality plants and personal service. I drive all the way from Irondequoit to go there. Dave in the Nursery department is the best, patient and very knowledgeable⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wayside Garden Center is amazing. The guys that came out and planted 18 trees for us were amazing and very professional and very quick ! They went above and beyond what they needed to do. I couldn't have asked for a better job, I highly recommend !!!

The financial person, Mary, is extremely rude. Hung the phone up on me while I was about to get more information from her. Started the conversation off with extreme amounts of attitude. I was very nice to her and tried to help her the best I could. She was mean, rude, and unprofessional with the phone call she made.

The ladies who helped me find my plants and pot them couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help me today. Wayside also had the most gorgeous Hydrangeas. I will definitely be back!

They were so easy to work with for our new walk way and front of house garden. Beautiful work. Highly recommend. Clean and professional.

Very fair prices, they have all sorts of rare exotic cactus, at least for a place like upstate NY. And they have a large selection of succulents

Great nursery with lots of perennials, shrubs, trees and house plants. You can usually find some unusual and cool things!

Putting lives at risk…. Four corners in Penfield. Went from left turn only lane, to right lane, no turn signal close accident, then again merged right again , no turn signal almost another accident, to then stop and turn into Duncan parking lot.

Didn’t seem overly concerned about his driving, in fact seemed a little amused.

Would consider this and how they will drive through neighborhoods before hiring.

They are dependable they go above and beyond. They do an excellent job. The people he has working for him are very nice to deal with.

Came in the clutch. Did a great job at a great price.
