We signed up for a lawn care program as our lawn was looking very "sad" and spotty. Since the first "treatment" the grass has improved noticeably and we are now on our fourth treatment (each addresses a different aspect of lawn care). The grass has truly been "transformed." Scot at Savatree and his amazing staff did a great job on our very sentimental project. My mom and dad planted a red Maple tree in our front yard when we moved into our new house 64 years ago - it just kept growing and growing and now takes up almost the entire front lawn. I played in that tree with my brothers and all our kids and cousins as well over the years - it means the world to us. When it came time that it needed some work we wanted to make sure that company we chose would love the tree as much as us and would take care of it like it meant as much to them....we got that with Scot and Savatree!! Thank you so much - the tree looks great and strong and ready for the next generation and to stand there majestically and guard our forever home. Excellent work on our tree removal project! The team was knowledgeable, safe, and efficient to get this done for us. The communication prior to the work was great and Ross and his team were a pleasure to work with!

We had a tree that had grown too large for our apartment courtyard and was a fall risk. Dezman provided us with advice, but most importantly, listened to our concerns. The removal was flawless, you can't even tell an 85' tree was once in that spot, and there was barely a leaf on the ground the cleanup was so thorough.

What impressed us even more were the suggestions Dezman gave is about the rest of our courtyard garden from the few minutes he had waited for our meeting. This has lead us to retaining SavATree's service for our entire property of two co-op buildings in Queens.

Great experience from initial consult with Juliet (arborist) to receiving the proposal for the work we discussed to meeting the SavATree crew who came to do the work! Very professional, knowledgeable! Excellent communication. Our work was done late November so some things will need to wait for the spring. Pruning overgrown hydrangeas, shaping boxwoods and trimming dead branches have left us in good shape for the winter. Our property was left immaculate after all the work. Highly recommend.

Classic bait and switch. Quoted $195 over the phone for an area rug having provided dimensions. Guy arrives and gets his boss on the phone to tries to upsell me. When I stick to the original request he now says price is over $700. Asked him to leave immediately.

Super easy to make an appointment since they respond really fast. Mike came in to clean my bedroom’s carpets. He was extremely professional and I can say that he is hard-working. He did an amazing job and completely exceeded my expectations. The quote was reasonable so I will be calling them again for my living room carpets.

I booked them for Moroccan rug cleaning and flatweave restoration. They provided a free estimate, explained the process, and moved my couch and table to get to the rugs. They rolled everything neatly and took it for cleaning. When the rugs came back, I was shocked at how clean they were. They helped me place each one exactly where it belonged. Couldn’t be happier!

0 stars. I called to speak to a manger about something very important. And this young lady I called. Hung up on me all rudely and I called 5 times. Just ridiculous and horrible service already. I do not want them cleaning my rug I know that. Not spending my money on rude customer service. People who don’t like their jobs or like doing it helping people. Shouldn’t even be hired. Ridiculous.
