I hired Atlas Plumbing to fix a water main in my house. Anthony, owner of the company, came with one of his plumbers to inspect the job. It’s pretty rare these days for the actual owner of the company to come out and do an assessment. Usually I experience the scenario where the worker has to call and describe the problem to the boss and the boss makes a guess over the phone.
They took time to access the whole situation and the work started immediately. They had all of the necessary parts and tools ready. The two of them were quite smiley all the way through, and thankfully there weren’t smiles that hid any thoughts of “we are really going to get this guy with the bill!”. The work was done for a very reasonable price, which I found out after talking to friends about the job.
I haven’t had great things to say about plumbers in the past, but now I DO!

Anthony and team were fantastic! Very customer oriented and handled our project on time and on budget. We will use Atlas Plumbing and Heating for all HVAC and plumbing needs for our home.

We had an nasty emergency basement flood and Anthony and his team were able to be at our place in less than an hour to save the day. They appropiately diagnosed the issues, offered us a solution and executed promptly.
Customer service also was impreccable. I cannot stress enough on how much this matters. I called several other Plumbing companies with the highest reveiews on google before reaching Atlas Plumbing. None of them reacted the way i wanted especially because my basement was actively flooding. Anthony made me feel like he cared. I could'nt receommend Atlas anymore.
