We just had our chimney repair completed by Chimney MD and we are thrilled. chris who came by for the initial estimate was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem almost immediately.
Mike gave us a great price and made us feel that the repair would solve our chimney leak into our basement.
The workers, Pat and Angel were wonderful. They were friendly and did their work quickly and efficiently and kept us informed throughout the process.

Chimney MD gives warranties on their masonry and waterproofing for more than 1 year, unlike other companies that give 1 year or less.

My new chimney liner project went way better than expected , the team was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of our home. The project scope expanded due to field conditions. They explained in detail the existing conditions and the remedy. This included pictures during the discovery , which I was present for. We are thoroughly satisfied with the end result. Cam O and Jimmy and team were punctual and courteous! Very knowledgeable and neat! Cam found additional problems that were deemed unsafe and took the time to show us and explain the importance of codes and safety which he knew was extremely important to us! Unfortunately the plumber who replaced my furnace and water heater used an incorrect liner and chimney cap! Cam stood behind along with a helper (Jimmy?) to complete the job and make it safe! Grateful and thankful for Chimney MD making sure everything was up to code! I highly recommend this company and team!! Mike the owner was honest and transparent as well! God bless!

Exceptional! By the time I found Chimney MD my chimney was crumbling and had birds nesting and pushing the occasional piece of concrete onto an active walkway...I requested an estimate online and was sheduled with a degree of efficiency I haven't seen in a long time. David arrived on time and was courteous. Went up for a look, took pics to explain what needed to be done. Once again, they scheduled my repair date and provided a resonable estimate via email that day! The day of the repair, David arrived ontime, did the work, and cleaned up. Thank you Michael and David. Chimney MD repaired the crown, repointed the brick and waterproofed my chimney. I use to get a significant amount of water entering my attic from the chimney. Now everything is bone dry.

Great experience with Chimney MD! Mike and his team are amazing, Mike responded immediately to my call, sending Chris to inspect within 48 hours. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took pictures and patiently explained everything that was happening and what his recommendations were to resolve the issue. Zero pressure, zero sales pitches, very straightforward. By that evening, I received a written estimate and a phone call from Mike to go over it. He again sent Chris and his team to do the repairs a few days later. They were punctual, professional, and did a fabulous job for a very reasonable price and left the workspace immaculate. Chris also said that if I need any help with how to use the fireplace, store firewood, he’d be happy to talk me through it or come by and help. So nice! Just really good people. I couldn’t be happier with Mike and his team at Chimney MD! Great experience!! Highly recommend!!

Although I ended up using another to fix my chimney (due to miscommunication from my end, sorry Mike), I feel the need to give Chimney MD a big shout out, especially to Mike, who promptly replied to my inquiry and came out to my home ready to inspect and estimate. He was friendly, kind and understanding of my communication error. Based on this reason, I will absolutely be contacting them again for my future chimney needs.
