We just had Chimney MD do a big job at our home in rebuilding our chimney. They did beautiful work ,were lovely to deal with. All the employees were very considerate of our home and kind. Definitely recommend!

Great experience with Chimney MD! Was referred to them by a neighbor for servicing our wood stove. We also ended up repointing our chimney. Communicating with Mike was seamless from the start which made scheduling very easy, and the guys, Jimmy, Elijah, and Fidel, were complete professionals. They answered any questions I had and were a pleasure to have at our home. Would highly recommend and will absolutely use again!

ChimneyMD did an excellent job cleaning my wood pellet stove and gas fireplace chimneys. They deep cleaned the units too and my gas fireplace works the better than when we bought the house. Michael, Will, and another staff member were all super friendly and answered all my questions. Highly recommended and will use them every year for maintenance.

I can’t say enough good things about Chimney MD in Merrick! Back in January 2024, their technicians did an outstanding job cleaning my wood-burning stove and chimney. They were thorough, professional, and left everything spotless – I was thrilled with the work.
Fast-forward to a week ago when I eagerly tried to light my first fire of the season on a crisp, chilly day. To my horror, the base of the chimney pipe was blocked with a thin layer of creosote that somehow got missed. Impatient (and a little too confident), I decided to tackle it myself. I managed to disconnect the stove pipe and clear the blockage, but when it came time to reconnect everything… disaster. No matter what I tried, I couldn’t get the pipe properly aligned and sealed again without a second pair of hands.
I called Chimney MD in a bit of a panic on a Monday afternoon. Mike answered, listened patiently to my self-inflicted predicament, and even though he was short-staffed that day, he made it happen. Within a couple of hours, two of his technicians arrived – polite, friendly, and incredibly skilled. They had the pipe realigned, sealed, and working perfectly in about 45 minutes. And then the best part: when I asked about the bill, Mike said there was no charge at all! They just wanted to make sure I was safe and warm.
That kind of honesty, generosity, and genuine customer care is practically unheard of these days. Chimney MD didn’t just fix my mistake – they restored my faith in great local businesses. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike and the entire Chimney MD team to anyone in Merrick or the surrounding areas. If you want top-notch work from people who truly care, look no further. Mike and his crew were great to work with, and I really appreciated Michael’s responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help when my fireplace issues came up. His crew is friendly, experienced, and they care about their customers. The work done seems as though it was done well and they provided after photos and explained what they did thoroughly which I greatly appreciated.

Mike came by to show me how everything works with my new damper and showed me how to start a fire and walked me through the process.

Michael and Chris the technician are both great. I called them to check an issue with my boiler connection to the chimney, and they came out the same day within two hours. They were courteous, friendly, and professional, and they followed up afterward as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done. Makes a change to find an honest company who go out of the way.

We made the horrible mistake of having Randi at Randaire repair our AC system. Unfortunately he made a lot of promises, never delivered on any of them and in my opinion he was very unprofessional all throughout.
I wish we never dealt with him. Huge regret!

Randaire has been a lucky find! Another company spent months repeatedly returning and not solving the issue. Randy came and fixed it!!! I have 3 zones when I had another problem, Randy resolved it. I don’t want any other company. Randy knows how to install, fix and properly maintain heating and air conditioning systems.

They replaced my a/c condenser and serviced my whole house humidifier. Professional work, very responsive and I highly recommend them!

Randi from randair is a very honest and reliable technician. I went through so many technicians before and only Randi was able to fix my AC and heat issues. I highly recommend him as he is very honest and professional.

Recently I had an issue with my heater making loud noise. I reach out and send a video to Randy he was prompt to respond and came the next day he had diagnosed the issue and came prepared with part. He replaced my heater circulator pump the same day. My experiences with him have been great through out the past 10 years!
He has replaced my heater, hot water heater and small issues in between. He is incredibly knowledgeable and fair with pricing.
I am very fortunate to have found this company & Randy and will continued to use him. I have recommended to all family, friends and neighbors.

Our heat busted In the middle of the winter with a baby in the house. I called Randaire and they worked hard to diagnose and fix the issue in the same day. Randaire not only did excellent work, but they also saved our family money in the process. After dealing with dishonest and unprofessional techs in the past, Randaire Inc. was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) They also taught me more about my system while perfoming the repairs, equipping me with valuable knowledge to help myself in the future.

I can't recommend Randaire enough. If you need anything HVAC/ Furnace related, make sure you give Randaire a call! I will be recommending Randaire to all of my neighbors, family and friends in Long Island.
