Wao!!!!!!I was too excited!!! seeing a big variety of electric brands Vaccuums and accessories for the house…also a good and professional assistant with Mr Mike!!!!!

I found Middle Village Appliance Repair by reading reviews online. I decided to call them when my dryer needed a repair because of the good things that people were saying about them. Their appliance service technician was able to sort out the problem in a timely manner and made my dryer heat up again after he replaced a blown thermal fuse.

Reached out for a quote. Took them a week to respond. Once they had a technician ready for the job I have requested they never called back. If you want to waste your time, call these guys!

I was so thankful I found Middle Village Appliance Repair! My fridge wouldn’t turn on last weekend and I was afraid to be without food for a few days. Their appliance repair technician didn’t hesitate to assist me even on such a short notice. He was punctual and very easy to deal with. The relay-start capacitor of my fridge was broken and to my surprise, he had the part in his truck and was able to fix the issue the same day!

Technician never showed up or called to update me. 1st appointment , iI took /2 day off, never showed up and i called to reschedule, giving them another chance. 2nd appointment, silence. No courtesy or professionalism.

WAITING FOR THE PARTS WAS A NIGHTMARE! 2 WEEKS WITHOUT A FRIDGE WAS HORRIBLE!. ALL THE PARTS WERE NOT DELIVERED!. THE TECHNICIAN THE WORST PART WAS HE LEFT THE OLD COMPRESSOR IN MY HOME ! HE REFUSED TO TAKE IT WITH HIM, TELLING ME TO GET RID OF IT! . IT WEIGHS ABOUT 50LBS. AS SENIOR THIS WAS S CHALLENGING TASK! TO CARRY A HEAVY COMPRESSOR!!. SOOOOO VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SEARS TECH SERVICE!!. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR PRODUCTS OR FRIENDS TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!!!
