Never Never Never use this company name Allied Plumbing!!! They're not your allies!!! They came to my house and did a plumbing job for my water heater, my wife was home and they did an atrocious job. I wish I was home because I would have stopped them from doing a novice installation. I ordered 2 drain pan installed and when I got home I had different-sized drain pan and I was not told the sizes would be two different sizes. It doesn't even make sense to install the small drain pan they did on one of the tanks, because I can't see anything under it unless you're looking with a microscope. So it was a waste of money. My credit card company will be disputing the charge with them. Worst of all they refused to come back and fix the water heater and this was through my insurance company who they're partners with. The water heater they were responsible for from the insurance seems to be fine thus far but the other I had them put a pan under as well is not! I should've chosen another company had I known they were this much of a mess. So in the end my water tank, one of them was leaking from the top pipe that comes out the water heater which is the hot water. They have the nerve to say that the leak was pre-existing, so you touch a water heater that had a pre-existing leak and did nothing about it??? And not notify me??? Even if it was leaking before you worked on it, since you worked on it, it's now your problem to fix it. That's how it goes, right, you touch it, You fix it, No??? Make it make sense!!! The boss was nice at first when I told him the sensor was going off and they told me to plug it out and give it time to dry but wasn't so nice when I called back and questioned as to why I had two different size pans and weren't notified all of a sudden I'm being disrespectful and talking condescending, when all I did was asked a simple question. But the fact was water was leaking from the top of the tank and I didn't notice until the next day or two. So the water would leak down into the small pan they installed under the tank which was a waste of time and money because the pan is about the same circumference as the water heater. So if a little water is under there how am I going to clean it or notice a small leak so easily before it gets worse??? and let's not forget my TPR relief valve drain pipe is not even in the pan if it does go off so water would still end up on the floor 😐 again, doesn't make sense. And yes I have pictures to prove it. I will be letting everyone know about the dirty works of this company. People need to be informed no one needs to go through what I'm going through right now. I have also notified the insurance company.

This company recently installed a hot water heater and performed various system trouble shooting at my home. Five star service from their office support keeping me informed every step of the way to their technical team providing excellent quality service. Highly recommend these people for your plumbing and heating needs.

I wouldn't trust this company again. Their management shows blatant disregard for professionalism, starting from top to bottom. Communication is subpar, and interactions with customers seem curt and unpolite. Given my experience, I'd steer clear of other companies that offer a better balance of respect and service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. If you're considering hiring them, stop now and choose a different HVAC provider. Aiden installed my expensive units woefully wrong. To make matters worse, water is spilling from one of the units, but instead of fixing it, the company ignores my attempts to reach out - only promising vague timelines that never materialize. Once they've taken your money, they'll likely abandon you. Don't wait until it's too late; be cautious and explore alternative options before proceeding with this company.
