I called Original 718 Sewer & Drain Company because I was having an issue with the drain in my backyard. They sent me a guy who didn’t do a good job however I called them back and they worked with me to fix the problem. They sent a different guy named Victor who was very professional. Jimmy was very professional, too. They made arrangements to resolve my problem and were actually able to tell me what was wrong with the sewer. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Really great experience! They got me an appointment right away for a clogged drain - not a time window, an actual appointment! - and showed up exactly on time. Their new POS is awesome, all the details confirmed by sms, and the job was done quickly and professionally. Thank you!

Spoke to Anthony on a Saturday about flooding in my basement after 5 in the evening.Plumber Ariel arrived before 7. The leak could not be located and the water had to be turned off. Plumbers Victor and his assistant Sol came on Monday found and fixed the leak which entailed taking apart a sink and base cabinets and putting them together again.It took a couple of days and they did a great job and cleaned up everything when they finished. Ariel, Victor and Sol are professional, helpful, friendly and great representatives of their company. Anthony keeps you informed of any problems or changes in scheduling from beginning to end.I called this company because of reviews on yelp and I was not able to put my review on yelp because of my inexperience with computers but I wanted it known that I would recommend this company to anyone. P.S.Their price was great too.
