Don’t call them. The staff on the phone told me the charges. $50 each side of the sewer line $50 for service fee $15 fuel charges and taxes. I agreed. When the crew arrived without even checking the sewerage system he said $850 for cleaning the main sewer line. I was shocked and refused the service, then he called some random boss and said it will be $750 then he called again and said $500 eventually he said $350. In my 25 years of homeowner I have never paid this amount for sewer service. For 2 hours this unprofessional tech couldn’t open the sewer line cap and told me that he has to cut it and to cut the cap it will cost extra $250. I knew he was taking advantage of sewerage lines being closed and was forcing me to pay. I refused. He left my entire basement dirty with sewerage water and didn’t show any respect for my home or carpet floors. Please call 49.99 these people are true professionals and always give you fair price.
